Best Blue Moon ice cream!
This place everything i have had is great. But the manager needs to work on people skills she acted like she didnt want to sell me nothing. Not very helpful. I want return to this location.

Y’all suck. The girl behind the counter was rude. Literally dismissed my husband who was in line behind another lady. She waited on her and he was next and when he went to say what he wanted she left him to go serve ice cream and let him standing there while pointing to what he was going to ask for. Then our pregnant daughter n law was rushed by the same employee to pick the ice cream flavor she wanted. There was on about 8 people in there in including all 7 of us. So figure that one out. Very disappointing. The sweets looked good though.

Really incredible!!! I went yesterday to Kilwins Cary and I see today this other store and both ate very beautiful store and the ice cream delicious!!! Also the apple with chocolate and the salted chocolate.

Nice enough for what is offered - but a little pricey as depending on who scoops your portion can vary. Also has the boring regular sorbet only for dairy free/vegan people, no other alternatives.
Snappers and ice cream are good. Truffles are okay and not worth the price point
I love Kilwins the smell is so good. I love lemon 🍋 sorbete.
I visited Kilwins in New Orleans last week and ordered what was called a “small” cone—but the scoop I received was huge, more like a double on a cake cone. The medium and large sizes were even larger. At this location, that oversized “small” scoop just didn’t justify the steep price—it was very disappointing. Honestly, it should cost no more than $3. I won’t be returning to this location.

My boyfriend and I stopped in here and the staff was so kind and helpful. I make fudge around the holidays and they had some of the best fudge I have ever tried and even allowed us to sample a few of their pieces. Super rich and creamy! Did not disappoint!
