YOU HAVE TO TRY THE EMPANADAS!!! They are great!

Not a lot of seating inside, but the food is good! I got the braised beef and it was tender and flavorful.

Plenty of seating outside. Very casual dining. Good spot for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised by this little shop. I'll be coming back!

Food was excellent, however the tostones were very hard to eat. There was no customer service greeting. The person who took order did not speak Spanish. The Monfongo was simple plain, no stuffing with anything, Puerto Rican style

Review from a Puertorrican: I really wanted to like this place, since there aren’t too many Puertorrican options near by BUT, tried it twice and both times:

1. My order was wrong (I once asked to substitute Maduros for Tostones and when I got back to work, noticed they didn’t)

2. The rice cooked here is definitely not Puertorrican style rice. It feels Mexican (too wet, Puertorrican rice is more dry)
