A scoop of nostalgia!
Feels just like enjoying ice cream in Bangalore, rich, creamy, and loaded with unique flavors. The paan ice cream is my absolute favorite. Cozy ambience seals the deal. Must visit for every dessert lover!

Good place for Indian ice cream lovers

The noodles in the falooda haven’t tasted good during any of my previous visits. This time, I asked for falooda without noodles and even offered to pay extra, but the staff refused.

Eggless ice cream cakes….Not worth the price.

Review: 0 Stars for the Falooda – Completely Disappointing

I would give zero stars for the falooda if I could. What I received was nothing more than flavored water — absolutely no texture, thickness, or richness you’d expect from a proper falooda. I’ve had it before from the same place, and it was way better. So, I politely asked the staff if something had changed, and the response I got was shockingly arrogant:
“We used to make it thick, but now because prices have increased, we make it like this.”

Seriously? Charging over $9 including tip for what felt like a diluted, low-effort drink is unacceptable. Price hikes are one thing, but compromising the entire quality of the product and then brushing off customer feedback like that is just poor service.

Absolutely disappointing. I won’t be going back.

Great Indian flavored ice cream and awesome faloodas!

I visited Kwality yesterday and ordered a malai kulfi with rabdi only—no basil seeds, no noodles (Falooda style) . I made my order very clear not make it falooda style and asked her to make it in a to go plate since it was only icecream slice with rabdi drizzled in top. Unfortunately, I was served exactly what I asked not to be included. When I requested a correction, the Lady refused to take the plate back and insisted that I would need to pay again for a new one.

Out of courtesy, I tried a bite—just to see if I could still enjoy it—but it was not palatable to me. When I explained again that I couldn’t eat it and asked for the correct version to be made, they outright refused unless I paid again. I then asked, “If I had handed the plate back without touching it, would you have reused it?” The staff openly said yes, in front of other customers—an alarming and completely unacceptable food safety violation.

No reputable establishment should reuse served food, even if untouched. It shows a serious lack of hygiene standards and customer care. This experience was not just disappointing—it was concerning. I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to be very cautious.

10/10 seriously recommend. Fresh homemade ice cream, the blueberry ice cream with cheesecake chunks is my favorite. I’d recommend anything from here

They are not replacing the ice cream even if it's old. We had the ice cream just yesterday with four different flavors, but some of them weren’t good—especially the Paan flavor. It was almost empty and didn’t taste fresh. We should have tasted it before buying. We’ve purchased from here many times, but this issue has happened the last few times.

It is a good place. Falooda can be better, but it's decent

We stumbled upon this ice cream parlor by chance. They have a plethora of unusual and innovative flavors. My guess is that they could be inspired by Indian flavors. They have many fruity flavors including figs and nuts, mango and pomegranate, and custard apple. They have different types of kulfi including falooda and kesar kulfi. They have unusual flavors like paan masala, motichoor, and gulab jamun. We were impressed by the wide variety. The usual flavors like coffee, chocolate, and vanilla are also available. They have different types of luxurious shakes and sundaes. They sell pints and quarts too. They also make eggless cakes to order. We tried the custard apple flavor which had a mild fruit flavor. The ambience is good but they could add more seating options. We found only one chair inside the store. I look forward to trying other flavors here.

Good place for kulfi but I am disappointed that they have taken away dairy free options. I really enjoy the malai kulfi and they also have good kulfi ice cream flavors that are a lot of fun. Last time we were here the person working was very rude and would not let us use the bathroom even though we were paying customers. She also made us wait more than 5 minutes before coming to the back, to the point where we were unsure if anyone was in at all.
