What a hot mess. I actively pursued this job for weeks. I showed face. I interviewed. I got hired. 1 1/2 months later I got a voicemail from the manager of the taco bell saying he had some info he needed. I gave him all of that 1 1/2 months ago. I am not going to work for a hopeless forgetful manager who obviously just forgot about me and used my info as an excuse. I dodged a bullet. Dont work for taco bell on Indian Bend and the 101 in Scottsdale, AZ.
Edit.. tried to reach out to hr. Left voicemails and website messages. They're avoiding me. Pretty stand up company
I love working here. The company is great and very welcoming. Training went smoothly and I was able to pick up things quickly! I definitely recommend it.
I love working for this company. It's by far the best management and proper training I've received in my 4 plus fast food industry experiences. I look forward to many more years working as a proud taco bell employee.
Working at this company was an extremely challenging experience that I cannot recommend to others. The management consistently demanded excessive workloads without providing adequate resources, training, or support to meet these expectations.
The organizational culture protected abusive managers who regularly created a hostile work environment. Concerns about inappropriate behavior were routinely dismissed or ignored by HR and upper management. Employees who spoke up about issues often faced retaliation rather than resolution.
The company's approach to work-life balance was practically non-existent, with constant pressure to work beyond scheduled hours without compensation. Despite the demanding nature of the role, professional development opportunities were minimal, and advancement seemed based more on favoritism than merit.
While I gained some valuable skills through my time there, they came at a significant cost to my well being. Anyone considering employment with this organization should be aware of these serious concerns before accepting a position.

Great team work; also Supervisors and Managers that are willing to assist in labor when critical situations occur. Flexible hours and you’re respected concerning life issues so the franchise is also still willing to give you employment and to work upon your schedule to help you get ahead. No other business I’ve ever worked for has done that. It definitely a great franchise to work for
Well me myself, I have to say I love my first week there, I really was nervous at first, but as I got to know the crew I felt more at home and needed, is a very nice place to work at, everyone gets alone and are very friendly and the GM James is the most kind person ever, and they make it easy for you to come to them if your a lil lost without any judgment❤️❤️❤️
This place has gone down hill since the old owner sold it I knew her daughter and they never had these problems with her..... payroll not being distributed on time for everyone some get theirs just fine while others have to wait and wait get it together!!!!! Or sell it to someone who actually cares about their people
I've been I'm employee for over 3 years and they are the first company I've worked for with inconsistent pay times. There's been times my check would take an extra 2 days to hit my account and there would be no holidays being celebrated. I've tried to call about the situation it's always a voice-mail. They have poorly trained individuals and could care less about how the stores they own operate. I've finally quit and will never be working for the company again.
