Needs to manage their Live Oak Fl Taco Bell store better! Clean house with people who have reading and comprehension and active listening skills. Tire of literally every visit having to return for them to correct the issue when they simply could’ve done what was asked of them. And asked nicely I never direct my issues with on-site employees cause they’re known for spitting in and dropping food items on the floor. (Not me personally cause I’m nice to them) But management refuses to take consumer complaints seriously. There’s absolutely no way this store is profitable in a way that is beneficial to you all. Get it together!

Terrible company to work for! I was at Taco Bell over 2 years & was a dedicated shift lead when this company bought out the location i was with. In total I went through 5 General Managers during my employment, 3 were with this company. The conditions that the store was allowed to be left in were appalling (& yes I have pictures to back my claim). The way I was treated by upper management & directly by luihn vantage partners hr was terrible. I tried SO HARD to help my location in every way possible from working off the clock to cleaning night shifts mess when I’d open. I was threatened by a fellow employee & not taken seriously at all when I reported it. Then I was retaliated against & twice my times were even changed in the system from my clock in/out punches. I could go on & on about how I was handled & the worst part was how I was done after trying to reach out to hr department both before quitting & after leaving to try to resolve said issues. Loved the job & most of the crew, but this company I do not recommend

My best friend has been working for y'all since March of 2021 and became a manager/ shift lead since September and hasn't received his increase in pay nor any of his back pay. He is now hiring a labor law attorney to get this matter resolved since it has been about 4 months and nothing has been done. The way that Jamie Brennan and Frederick Mayo have treated him is not right as well as giving him the runaround about his pay and using him like their little puppet. They don't care about their employees at all and it's a shame. Hopefully he gets what he deserves.

Your HR and Loss prevention needs to look into theft at the the store located on 977 High Point Street in Randleman NC. I overheard some employees and managers talking about how the store manager closed (either last Sunday or the weekend before) the store and how he didn’t lock the door and didn’t set the alarm. They had also mentioned that money had been stolen from their cash registers after he had left. A manager and employee also added that the store manager took money out of his account to put the money back and didn’t report the incident. Luihn Vantedge, you have a serious problem and you need to sincerely investigate this matter. If you do happen to investigate the matter, your store managers name is David or so I’ve heard. The employees seemed really concerned and for their sake I wouldn’t want them to lose their job. Please investigate immediately.

Quality Installations

Went to the Poole road location in Raleigh. First time I chalked it up as a bad day. Second time, nothing different. This was and is my last time coming. The inside was closed at 7 pm forcing you to the drive thru. Order taker got my order wrong and over charged me 10 dollars. Got and attitude when I asked him to repeat my order and corrected the mistake. Didn’t give me a straw and last but not least, was rude with handing me my change. Bothered me so much I googled the store and called in my complaint.

They own the franchise to Taco Bell at 2101 Walnut Street in Cary North Carolina 27511 and it's the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Rude employees and service is awful. Obviously do not care anything about quality or service to the customers.

Luihn Foods are driven by upper management that does not care for the employees. There food on the KFC is getting progressively worse. Dirty restaurant, old food, and employees that don’t care. And managers that don’t care.

Worst being taken possible. Incorrect and very little food. Ordered 5 piece Hot and Honey with wedges and biscuit. $7.89. 3 tenders, baby biscuit and 5 wedges. Keep calling restaurant and always busy. KFC - Wake Forest.

The store manager at the Lake City SC location shouldn't be allowed to manage any store. She puts employees business out and then make them take 30 minute lunch breaks or they will either have to leave early or be terminated. She told my husband that the corporate office informed her that if I contacted corporate about her again and the things that are going on then corporate office will force her to fire my husband. Yes that's more like discrimination to me. The company itself isn't a bad company thus far until I see different but they definitely need to either retrain their management team or hire new management at that location. Only ONE manager there is great but she is always being ran over by employees. That isn't fair to her when she's truly a Christian woman. My brother in law even brought the cravings deal box from that location and to find mold on different parts of the bread which we're sure he at some of it the store manager said yup that's mold and offered his money back n allowed another manager to give him a 3 free burritos. I guess that was fixing the problem to them. The store manager shows favoritism to some of the employees and treat the rest the way she feels. The store manager hardly there on time she was supposed to be at work and was at another manager house getting her hair done then told employees she fell asleep. Corporate needs to be checking in on this store location with secret shoppers and see how filthy the store be and how employees 3 that I saw stand in the office talking and drinking while the lobby was filthy tables drink station out of forks u name I see it. I can also see this location closing if they don't change management or retrain them properly.
