I ordered online. I got a message that my order was ready, and I arrived there. However, I had to wait for 10 mins, and I could understand it because they looked busy. After 10 minutes, one old guy asked my name and my order, and I told him, though he did not responded to me and just went to somewhere. A few minutes, a white woman entered, and he was very kind to her. I felt like I was neglected. Not only that, in fact my order was ready, so after another 20 minutes waiting, I could get my cool pizza. I definitely told him my name and my order!!!

Absolutely disgusting food. It's crazy how they are still in business when nothing is clean and it seems nobody washes their hands or anything. Couldn't even eat my food when I saw a young employee drop a utensil and just picked it up like nothing happened. Also, that manager or owner, Nikki, she's a disgrace. Someone needs to fire her, awful attitude and thinks she's better than everyone else.

Me and my husband order here at least once a week. We have never been disappointed. But today topped all the previous times we have ordered. My pizza had just come out of the oven and the gentleman put all the crust toppers on - per my request- and oh em gee BEST PIZZA EVER!! I love this Marcos and will continue to support them every week with my order for bacon pineapple pizza!! Thank you Marcos!!

It's a take out chain, but definitely beats out domino's and pizza hut as far as topping quality and cheesiness.Their meat lovers pizza is excellent!

My mother observed an employee here handling cash, working on the cash register, and handling food. All of this without washing hands. He felt this was okay. Told her to go someplace else when she notified him that she no longer wanted the order she placed. The staff member took this as his opportunity to be rude when he was in the wrong. Explaining he was the only person working that evening. It is not okay to not wash your hands between handling money and food for customers. Marco’s should hire others to take the pressure off one person trying to handle everything in the store. This employee is not concerned with customers' health. So many unsanitary things going on here. Unacceptable!

Charged my card for food - they didn't make the food or deliver it. Drove to store after paying for delivery and store was closed early with folks inside that wouldn't open the door to help me. Taking my money and not providing the food = THEFT.
