Disgusting food. Had a drive thru order and got Cold burgers and tasteless and cold fries, .. who knows when they were cooked. Not worth it .. never again.

Good food, the maneger is a best
Ordered from their new value menu via the app while 2 minutes away. Went in and went to wash my hands first. Went to counter and oder wasn't there. No employee at counter. Took a couple of minutes for an employee to see what I needed and showed him my order on my phone. Then they started my order. What is the point in using my app ahead time. Also, what is up with having no drink station? It took almost a minute waiting at the counter for a refill. More and more I wonder why I even eat at McDonalds anymore.....

They charge $1.5 for cold/hot water, I thought I'm in a Michelin star restaurant, and I looked up double checked McDonald's sign and walked away.

Horrible service. I ordered two meals only received one of the burgers. Didn’t check my bag until I got home. No one answered when I called. I’ll drive to the one in cary from now on.
