I am so disgusted by this place. If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered my breakfast on my way to work. I am halfway done with my orange juice only to realize it has two bugs inside the cup. Literally made my stomach turn.

We ordered our food for dine in on the kiosk and sat down waiting for the food. While we were waiting, they delivered our food rudely without saying out our number or delivering it to our table (we were the only ones in the restaurant) then we got up to ask for sauces. We politely asked for sauces and had extra cash just in case we would have to pay. When we asked one of the females, she gave us a dirty look and then one of the guys handed us some sauce. When we were sat down eating, the girls in the back were bring so loud and saying ‘ who the he** needs that many sauces? The food isnt even that good. ‘ and the girls kept laughing and continuously saying rude comments very loudly. I got up and told them that i didn’t appreciate the unprofessionalism and that we could hear everything. They didnt say anything back. When we were leaving the girl with the blue shirt (shift lead maybe) made a comment ‘ they messing with the wrong one ‘ . Will never go to this location and be ready for girls to be rude to you. Very childish.

Very disappointed. While it’s clean and the typical McDonald’s (ice cream comes out soggy and they don’t have cherries) they were very rude.Here’s how: I have four little kids and after finally flagging down a person for some water cups. I could hear them snickering and one said “Who the h* needs 6 waters cups?”, right next to me.Way to be rude, you can see my family of 6 andno employee of any job should act that way.Be kinder, do better.

Despite being a long-time fan of McDonald's, my recent experiences at this particular location have left me disillusioned with the brand as a whole. This McDonald's stands out as the worst I've ever encountered, despite having frequented many over the years. In the handful of visits I've made here, there's consistently been multiple issues with my orders. Despite relatively short wait times, indicating low customer volume, the service is abysmal. Not only is it a challenge to receive the correct order, but I've also found myself consistently overcharged. Even after bringing errors to the attention of the manager, promises of rectification were unfulfilled, leaving me with the same incorrect order upon inspection at home. It's truly disheartening to witness such incompetence at a McDonald's, making this particular establishment not only the worst McDonald's I've encountered but really the poorest performing fast-food restaurant in my experience.

Used the drive thru which actually went pretty quick. The lady at the window was friendly and cheerful.My double cheeseburger was cooked well and put together well so it wasn't a mess.

I’m not sure if they wanted to close early cause of systems down or just didn’t want to take orders, but we waited in the drive thru for about 10 min then pulled up to the pick-up window and the workers were just on their phones talking to each other. There were other cars waiting behind us and no one answered at all. Either customer service is terrible at night or just go to this location in the morning/lunch time.Had ordered Uber eats from them as well and either they were busy and couldn’t get to the order because it took a while for it to be ready and told the driver to say they picked it up, but order got stolen too.

Hands down the worst mcdonald's in town. I am not exaggerating when I tell you you will wait 45m in the drive through in the evening. They will forget your order, tell you to wait then walk away from the mic. Just incredibly asinine service. You have to try to fail this bad as a business.
