Piada Italian Street Food

Food was pretty good. We went during the time where there was no crowd. Quick service, sat and ate.. and was out the door. Would certainly visit again.

The pasta was undercooked, among the worst I’ve had. Toppings weren’t mixed properly either. Honestly reminded me of a school lunch

Good fast food Italianesque, no pizza, build your own like chipotle Italian.

This was my first time trying Piada and they did not disappoint! Portions are good, the hot fried chicken was amazing, and service was outstanding! I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to let them know! 10/10

tatiana was super sweet! she had a smile on her face and made sure my piada was exactly how i wanted it. the food was fantastic, but tatiana made my experience today special :)

The salad was good, but the grilled chicken protein option left a little to be desired. I believe there was white and dark meat, chicken gristle and possibly a small piece of bone.

The staff were so kind and patient.

100% late as of now. Absolute horrible work ethics. Came in on time, and had to wait 15 minutes for frits to be fired. Which tells me they started cooking chicken as I walked in. On top of that, all of my food was made without chicken, on the cold counter, waiting for 15 min until chicken came out. No suggestion for remake, and the food is cold,by the time I get home, which is 5 min away. I only go there because of the half off. If you stop doing that, I would be gone as well, as it's not worth waiting 15-30 min for paying $15 on cold pasta

Wisconsin Mac n cheese is the only thing I will ever eat from here

The food is good but my gosh, the service. We just waited 25 minutes for our food, which was just two kids Mac and cheeses and an order of the Korean meatballs. There wasn’t even anyone else in the store waiting. The employees were friendly but my order literally sat there for several minutes dying in the window as I watched. There was absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone, it was wild. They had no rice crispys ready already, so they had to cut them off the block and wrap them fresh which okay- but it seemed to take a looooong time for just two. Then when the attendant had finally put everything together in the to go bag, someone else came in so she left the order there to talk to them. Which normally I wouldn’t mind, if it was still being assembled, but it was literally complete and she knew I was standing there waiting for it. She could have just handed it to me on her way to the register but she didn’t. I sat there for about five extra minutes while she very slowly took their order and then finally grabbed it and handed it to me. Such a frustrating experience.

The absolute worst with service they are never open whenever I try to order something and the one time I called the lady told me they won't be opening till 4 due to staffing. How can you even stay in business like that? With that being said called over two weeks ago and they are still not staffed, its impossible to order anything through the app because the lady specifically told me yeah so I shut off that option. I used to recommend you guys to people but now I tell them to avoid at all costs. What a shame was one of my favorite places to eat.

The sauce is way too salty, and the takeout portion was measly. I addd extra tofu for $2.80 and all I got were 4-5 pieces of 1 cm cubes!! This is a total waste of money at $12 !!

We've attempted to eat at this location twice. The first time they were randomly closed during normal business hours with all the employees visible inside but the doors were locked. The second time that place was a hot mess. Multiple people brought their to go orders back in because they were wrong. We waited 30 minutes for our food which surprise surprise, was wrong. They added a meat to one which we didn't mind but a vegetarian would have. Also, we ordered the large portions but both our dishes were the smallest portions we have ever gotten at a Noodles. It's a weird time for restaurants but we still expect better. We love Noodles but we will try a different location in the future.
