I want to start by saying I’ve lived in the area for 3 years now and have never had any complaints! Upon walking in today, I scanned the counter to see the new flavors. I was not greeted when I arrived, but decided to brush it off. As I approached the register I was still not greeted. In fact the young lady did not look my direction, but instead greeted and made direct eye contact to the woman that walked in behind me. I decided to state my order, grab my things and leave without another word. Again, I normally have a great experience when it comes to this location. I’m not sure if the weather brought a more fast pace that the employee was not prepared for, but I was not pleased.
