Nothing Bundt Cakes

I work across the street at Cellular Sales, Verizon. I had a customer that brought myself and the staff, several cakes to show appreciation. I was blown away how amazing they were. Then, Stephanie became one of my customers and when I was bragging how wonderful the cakes are and the staff, explained that I am a fan now, she left and came back to surprise myself and the staff with a variety of cupcakes! She is absolutely, the best out of all the other’s and now…..I’m 8 pounds heavier but as the saying goes, “Fat But Happy” and throughly enjoyed all 8 LB’s!

Horrible customer service. Was there today and the cashier gave me a severely crooked cake (confirmed by the whole party the cake was for) and I asked her if they had more and she said yes but she’ll have to ask her manager. She goes to the manager right in front of me and says “this customer says the cake is crooked can she get another one” and the manager responds in front of me “what does crooked even mean, it’s not crooked.” Then the manager says “we decorate all of our cakes by hand they all look like that.” And again I politely said I’d like another one thats not severely tilting to one said and she decides to gaslight me in front of all the customers and says “again all of our cakes are hand decorated so they will all look like that” despite all the cakes sitting in front of me being level. She refused to get me another cake from the back saying “this is the only one we have” when the cashier had told me they have more in the back. If I didn’t need the cake within the hour I would have left and gone to another store. The cakes are expensive and their customer service should match their level of respect and accommodation for customers. I will not be going back- most boutique stores would respond in a respectful manner, apologize for the inconvenience, and try and solve the issue at hand. Such rude and inconsiderate service at this location.

Manager Stephanie is amazing. This is my favorite location. I would drive an extra mile from Garner to go here. The cakes never disappoint!

This is my favorite place to buy cakes but I had a horrible experience with the staff here today which is not following the philosophy of the company. I sent my partner to pick up the cakes I ordered for my birthday. Which I think is a very reasonable thing for a birthday girl not to go get the cake on their birthday. I also sent them with the confirmation email that has my name my birthdate the location of the store AND my photo ID that has my birthdate on it and they refused to give them the free bundtlette that I earned. I literally buy nothing Bundt cakes for every occasion and participate in the lunchbox program so this is ridiculous to me. On the email it says be prepared with Valid Photo ID which they were. The staff were rude grabbed their phone and yelled at them for “pretending to be me” even though I sent them with everything they needed. And before that interaction even happened the manager was rude and the staff did not greet them when they came in. Overall terrible customer service experience is rather drive the extra mile to go to Garner. Terms and conditions all of which standards were met seen here:

Absolutely, rude customer service and MANAGER! I would pay extra any day for good customer service. Unfortunately, I have to deal with what I ordered.

The staff is always a pleasure, the cakes absolutely delicious, and my order is always correct and beautiful! What's not to love??

I was treated like a criminal for delivering a pair of cup cakes. It was abrasive and belittling. I would suggest maybe treat me like a human being rather than some deviant.

Horrible saccharine smile coupled with two scoops of passive aggressiveness.

From online order to pickup to the table, it was just wonderful. Thank you for making our birthday surprise a success. The birthday girl said : "You can't go wrong with NBC."

I have not gone here for a few years but I always enjoyed coming in here for a sweet treat. They used to do events at Park West Village and I am not sure if they still do but it was always a good time. The cakes are moist and the icing is delicious!

The girl dressed as a cow on Halloween was AWFUL. She was obnoxiously yelling in the back room, and her customer service was horrendous.

Every once in a while I deserve an extraordinary indulgence,and I treat myself to a Red Velvet Bundt. Today I decided to try something different. I was drawn to the white chocolate cake somehow missing the additional raspberry flavor. Once delivered, I immediately regretted skimming the menu. Pleasantly surprised is an understatement. The extreme sweet frosting, the super moist (fresh) cake and raspberries....every spoonful was decedent. The flavors blended and I now have a new favorite. TGBTG for the blessed hands that prepared my cake.
