Sooo delicious!! I got a coupon to try a free bundlet for my Birthday, and it was my first time visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes. I was pleasantly surprised at how moist and sweet this cake was. The frosting was so rich and sweet. The combination of the cake and frosting was absolute heaven. I can't wait to try more flavors for special occasions.

I recently visited Nothing Bundt Cakes and while the cakes were absolutely delicious, I was extremely disappointed by the customer service. Upon entering the store, I was met and greeted by a person who appeared to be the manager. I was buying 4 cakes and was told by the manager that the Pralines n Crème Bundt cake had been discontinued in April 2022. I was taken aback when the manager proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers, insisting that I couldn't have had the cake at their store in 2023 because it was no longer offered.I found the manager's behavior to be completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I did not specify that I had the cake at that particular store in Morrisville, yet the manager insisted on arguing about the flavor's discontinuation. Regardless of when the flavor was discontinued, it was not appropriate for the manager to engage in a public argument with a customer.I believe that as a franchise business, Nothing Bundt Cakes should focus on providing excellent customer service, which includes respecting and listening to customers' feedback. The manager's behavior left a sour taste in my mouth about that location I frequently visit and overshadowed the delicious cakes that the store offers. I hope that the management takes steps to improve their customer service and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.I want to give a huge shoutout to Ella for truly brightening up an uncomfortable moment during my recent visit. She went above and beyond to make me feel valued and appreciated. I would personally rate her a 10 for her outstanding customer service and positive attitude. It's important to note that my experience with Ella was exceptional, despite any feedback this survey may reflect. I guess if you're gonna specialize in something so much that it's part of your name, you better get it right. Not to worry, this place does! This is the best cake I've had in I don't know how long. Plenty of flavor, moist, and most importantly for me...light. I don't like feeling all bogged down after a dessert. Just a nice little piece of something sweet to cap off a meal. These cakes are great for that. The flavors are spot on and not overwhelming, and the prices don't break the bank either. This will be a new go-to spot for me when I have people over for dinner and want to serve something nice for dessert afterwards.

⚠️ I usually love nothing bundt cakes, but I wouldn't reccomend this location if you want to redeem your birthday rewards. I showed my email verifying my rewards, but because of the location in my account was not set to this specific location the manager would not let me reedem it here. She suggested I sign up again to reedem. I reccomend going to another nothing bundt cake location. This is the only time Ive had this issue. It was an unpleasant experiance and I also did not like her demenor. Not something worth dealing with on your birthday.
Stephanie, Stacy, and each of the team members at this Morrisville location are AWESOME!! I'm at this bakery almost daily Monday - Friday for multiple orders of their bundtini boxes for clients. They ALWAYS have my order ready on time (even when I last minute them, ha,ha... so sorry) and my orders have ALWAYS been correct. The service here is phenomenal and their bundtinis are a HUGE hit with my clinics! Trust me when I say you can't go wrong with any flavor or cake option at this bakery! I love how much thought and detail they put into everything they do including making their bakery extra festive for each holiday! It has always been such a joy to see their smiling faces every week and chat like we've always been old friends! Ordered for thanksgiving. Paid for my order online. The store called demanding that I pick up order as soon as possible. The last pick up is at 6pm. They demanded that I pick up before 12. Understanding this is a busy time of year I did not expect for a small business to demand when I should pick up a paid order.

This was right near Blaze pizza in the same parking lot so I decided to stop by for some dessert. It is quite floor inside with all the Bundt cakes options. I decided to buy the strawberry cream one. It was soft and sweet! Glad I stopped by right before closing, totally worth it!!

Mannnnnn! The Churro Dulce de Leche bundlets are DELICIOUS for no reason!!! I LOVE CHURROS. Churros typically come with a cream cheese and/or caramel dipping sauce. I LOVE a good moist spice cake. To have them together is a straight game changer. Every fall season, I ALWAYS get excited about the Pumpkin Spice bundlet and will run to Nothing Bundt to get my Pumpkin Spice bundlet. But the Churro Dulce de Leche bundlet where it's at!!! Some may say say it's too sweet... but I say it stands firm on its description... it's a Churro Dulce de Leche
