Paolo's is by far the best spot in the triangle area for good, authentic quality Italian food. Paul and his staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome and comfortable and the service is second to none. Will definitely be going back again really soon.

What a shit show Chicken Francene was .. seems like someone put lemon in the water and shovel through my throat .... May be I was the last person served during the day? Never again.
It was total water lemon broth and friend chicken was floating over it .... Never again. It costs me 29$. Thanks Marcopolo.

We have been going to Paulo's since 1999 and always had delicious meals and great memories. When family and friends come into town, they always want to go to "that cozy Italian place with the great food".

My favorite low-key Italian place. Its hidden in a little corner in morrisville, too cute!!! Walked inside and was IMMEDIATELY stunned by the decorations and the bar. So much ALCOHOL ?. Me and my hubby sat in a little booth. I got a stromboli and she got the veal saltimbocca. Delish! when i tasted that dough I started trembling in my stead it was so GOOD!!!!!! Ended the night with the bartender’s homemade cheesecake, it was to die FOR. Our server maddy was great, she said it was her first day but i couldnt tell!! Definitely recommend, great place to take your hubby

The food frankly was just so mid. Alfredo sauce lacking in flavor. No hints of anything. Bread was hard and not enjoyable. $27 fettuccini with shrimp only comes with 5 shrimp??? It’s just ridiculous. The other dish had multiple lemon seeds mixed in. Not an enjoyable experience and for the price you really expect more. The pasta was well cooked.

Coming form New Jersey, the epicenter of great Italian food, this place was a huge disappointment!
I ordered appetizers, the calamari was tough and they gave mostly the tentacles (see pic), I also ordered Italian cheesy bread which was 2 small pieces no bigger than my pinky finger in length and there was no olive oil or seasoning just a ton of cheese on it. Ugh!!!
My friend liked the pasta with clam sauce. That may have been the highlight of the meal.
The service was very unfriendly and rude also and it seemed like they did not want “us” in the restaurant when their “regular” patrons started coming in.
