Ate there on Wednesday night. The atmosphere is great, elegant and cozy with quiet noise level so it’s to talk. The service was fantastic our waitress Savannah was very attentive and the food and drinks came out very quickly. The chicken piccata was fantastic. We got cannolis for dessert, I don’t usually like cannolis but they one’s at Paolo’s made me a convert.

The food here is amazing! The Veal Marsala was perfect, full of flavor and the presentation was great. When you think ravioli and mozzarella sticks, you think basic right? Nope, they were both absolutely fantastic. Savannah, our server was wonderful, her personality is worth the trip there itself. This is honestly some of the best
Italian food in the area.

Came here last night and I’m still thinking about the food! Sausage, Green Peppers, and Onions is definitely a go-to. Such a great atmosphere and service. Also the Garlic Knots are amazing! Already planning to come again next week.

I’ve been coming to Paolo’s for about 4 years now, and it’s AMAZING! Me and my dad always get the pizza and penne a la vodka! The service is great and I love the atmosphere!

Chicken Parmesan was rubbery but the gnocchi and pink sauce was really tasty. Calamari had a good crunch. We are on a mission to find the best Italian food in the area. More reviews to come. I am adding to this review as we ordered a piece of cheesecake to go and I just opened the container and for $10, this is the smallest piece of cheesecake I’ve ever received.

Pizza was very expensive! It was thin crust - as expected. Was I wowed… nope! Very few people there, I saw one delivery being collected. Disappointing!

I picked up food to go for my office, and none of us were impressed. The calamari was unseasoned and rubbery. I ordered a meatball sub with chips, it wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. Overall, it just wasn’t anything I’d return for.

Paolo's is by far the best spot in the triangle area for good, authentic quality Italian food. Paul and his staff did an incredible job making us feel welcome and comfortable and the service is second to none. Will definitely be going back again really soon.

What a shit show Chicken Francene was .. seems like someone put lemon in the water and shovel through my throat .... May be I was the last person served during the day? Never again.

It was total water lemon broth and friend chicken was floating over it .... Never again. It costs me 29$. Thanks Marcopolo.
