Very very bad customer service.They treat customer like a trash. I am so surprised that still headoffice didn't take any actions.Manager Holly is even more rude.They need lesson of running the resturant and help customers.

On November 22 2025 at 8:32pm I walked into this Pizza Hut asking the worker web am I able to order order the $7 deal 2 or more in the store or is it online , web was very unprofessional how she kept replying to me eventually she asked the manager Holly she gets loud and disrespectful and start talking to me like I don’t have no common sense saying you know if you go outside and look on the door where the big signs are that’s the only deals we do in the store do you understand so me trying to be polite I say thank you I will be back. Not to mention she already made me feel low as a human she told Web as I walked out the store when customers like her type come in here you ask her if she stupid them deals are only online. In fact I also felt racially profiled by the manager she was having a rough day you could see it all over her face and I didn’t deserve that as a customer ordering from this Pizza Hut for the FIRST TIME . So when I arrived back and I told the worker web I placed my order online it’s too quiet she staring at me like she wants me to leave so I try to start a conversation with her while I’m holding my infant baby we begin to smile and chat, so I see on the board I got like 7 mins til my food ready I asked about their Pizza Hut bags because I see steam keeping the food fresh again I’m just tryna Conversate. So I also told web on the app when ordering sodas I order 2 - two liters both Mountain Dew because the only options was Mountain Dew and Pepsi , I would like to switch the flavors for one of the sodas to Sunkist orange she kept reply huh so you wanna buy two more sodas I’m like no eventually we got to an understanding. So when I arrived home I called Holly my bacon pizza was a cheese pizza burnt and my breadsticks were cold and didn’t have no Mariana so at this point I’m asking questions to Holly . So when I was talking to someone on the phone Holly never mentioned she was the one who answered the call she mentioned she was the manager when I started complaining about my order I spent $50 on saying I remember you you was being rude to my worker which was a false and I felt very unjust not just with customer service from the manager and her employees but also with my order. So Holly like I know your type I don’t care if you report me I’m telling my other manager to not give you nothing and then she didn’t wanna give me her name til at the very end before she hung up she said it very rude and fast also she called me a liar multiple times over the phone and was acting very narrow minded I just would like my order remade she told me she is not helping me so I will be up there in a few mins to speak with another Manager . Also I was playing holding my infant baby the whole time waiting for my order and me and Web was smiles and chatting for awhile . So being lied on was so unacceptable and I felt humiliated in front of others. Holly was very ignorant and scared me and my daughter .

SPent 50 bucks on food just to get the wrong food. When mentioning it to the manager on staff she raised her voice at me. Like bro you got MY order wrong. Like get bent. Worst part Ive ordered from the same place 3 dfferent times now, the previous issues ive had were from the drivers ( not the stores fault) and after getting screwed the thrd time in a row your gonna get pissed off at me? Wild. Will not be ordering from pizza hut in this area again.

Can you say lawsuit? Providing undercooked dough to ppl. Especially those with allergies! My mouth and throat have been itching non stop! Definitely considering a trip to the ER! This is insane and careless! First time there and last!

We just recently moved to Morrisville and had to try our local Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut should change their name to Anything but Pizza Hut. The boneless wings were okay and the cheesy bread was good. Our 2 medium cheese pizzas were very undercooked and floppy. Didn't feel safe feeding it to the kids. So undercooked. Wanted to try the garlic knot pizza and the garlic knots were so overseasoned and hard and the pepperoni pizza was also, floppy and undercooked. Immediately called and spoke to Holly for a refund. No refund. Please reach out to me. Thank you.

This has definitely been and always a wonderful experience at this location I always come here after work before I go home to apex! Holly always shows great customer service she is awesome!

Ordered a pizza without cheese, pizza came loaded with cheese, got transferred to a call center and endless hold music. no one answered a phone call, they likely won’t issue a refund. Very disappointed.

I am very disappointed at this location. I came to this Pizza hut trying to get my dinner. I go through drive-through. They don’t take orders through drive-through the young man that was working the window. He was very kind. I came in not a problem. I was told that a menu was listed above on the inside on the screen that was wrong it was not so then I politely ask. Do you guys have any menus that I could look at? He goes and ask somebody in the office. He comes back and tells me whoever told him you need to go online first of all how rude your establishment should be providing menus so that those who do not wish to go online or who can’t go online are able to review the menus so you’ve lost a good customer not a problem. That’s exactly why I came to Domino’s with their politeness their courtesy and their menus available for you to view at your leisure. if I could’ve given a lower star rating or zero I would have.

Terrible Experience – Never Going Back!

I’ve given this Pizza Hut location multiple chances, but I’m officially done. On my first visit, the cheese bread was missing the usual dusting that other locations provide, which was disappointing. I brushed it off and decided to give them another shot.

This time, I ordered two pizzas and a cookie pie, and all three were completely undercooked. It honestly makes me question if Pizza Hut even has quality standards. After eating just a few slices, I ended up with stomach pain later on—definitely not what I expected from a well-known chain.

Looking at the other negative reviews, I should’ve known better, but I still gave them a chance. Never again! Avoid this place unless you want raw dough and a stomachache.

Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I received from your establishment. When I got home, I noticed that the order of wings I purchased was short by two pieces.

While at the store, I observed an employee drop some wings on the floor. To his credit, I saw him dispose of them properly, but no effort was made to ensure my order was complete or to replace the missing wings. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for my satisfaction as a customer was disheartening.

After discovering the issue, I attempted to call the store directly to resolve the matter, but I was redirected to a call center, where I was informed that they could not assist me with my concern.

I believe this situation reflects poorly on the quality of service and attention to customer care I expect from Pizza Hut. I kindly request a refund for the incomplete order and hope that steps will be taken to improve service standards at this location to ensure customers receive the value and care they deserve.

😡😡😡Keeping customers informed about product shortages is crucial for maintaining trust and managing expectations. This particular establishment, however, fails to provide such updates. This lack of communication can lead to customer frustration and wasted trips. A simple sign, website update, or social media post could easily remedy this issue. Improved communication regarding inventory would significantly enhance the customer experience.
