Their service is slow. The fries and different flavors of pizzas are tasty. Can be a hit or a miss on the sauce to toppings ratio. But the variety of pizzas and taste is a welcome change compared to the regular cheese pizzas available everywhere else.

Bad experience wont be returning I tried this in other states and loved it, here they have a customer service problem as well. There is no value for money left and they mix up ingredients even when they have everything labeled. For example a plant based Manchurian pizza won't have Manchurian try explaining that to someone. Too many better pizza options available I am sure with this attitude they will be going out of business soon

I had a frustrating experience at Pizza Twist. We ordered a plant-based Manchurian pizza, but when we got it, there was no Manchurian on it at all. It was basically just a plain pizza with none of the main topping we ordered.
When we pointed this out, the staff did not acknowledge the mistake and insisted the order was correct. We ended up going back and forth for about 10 minutes, which was unnecessary and frustrating.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not very customer-focused. If a mistake happens, it should at least be acknowledged and fixed without argument. Based on this visit, I would not return.

Shockingly bad. Did not realize it was possible to mess up pizza this bad. Tried 3 different flavors and wings but could not finish the meal. Very odd combination of flavors, very dry in texture and horrible after taste.
Had veg pizza with a fresh veggies, and perfect flavorful, and satisfying taste, and I recommend everyone to try it. Tried veg manchurian lots of times and it is a must try…love the taste..

This place used to make very good pizzas . Now a days quality has reduced a lot! We had ordered a cheese sticks, they had put mayonnaise instead of cheese which was so tasteless and disappointing! Improve your quality like before otherwise you will loose business!

Worst pizza ever there was no chicken pieces and we got the butter chicken there was no traces of butter chicken taste at all. Very plane and only lot of onions on the pizza. I would not recommend to try this place.

Recently ordered pizza from them (granted on a busy night), and the pizza was 2 hours late, missing sauces, and the pizza was undercooked (when we asked for well done, seems it wasn't even normal baked). Despite these issues, the pizza was great after a few minutes in the oven, and they made it right by offering a complimentary pizza. I would order from them again, but never on a busy night. I would rather they decline orders rather than giving false estimates, so I can make other plans.
My family has eaten here plenty of times but tonight was terrible. We ordered four plant based pizzas, which is our usual order from here, but when my husband picked them up he was informed that one of the pizzas had mozzarella cheese instead of plant based cheese on it. My husband explained that it was incorrect and that we usually order the same thing every time. The woman argued that the order was correct for about 20 minutes even calling someone one else who said “we are a small business, we can’t just take a loss” it was one of four pizzas. Our only request was that the one pizza be replaced or refunded but they were unwilling to be helpful in anyway. So my husband was forced to leave without a resolution, we were short an entire pizza and no refund with a hungry family to feed. Horrible experience, we will never order here again.

The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of options, and we’re excited to try more of their unique creations. The large pizza LOOKS like a medium (supposedly 14 inches if even) and I was excited for the tikka masala pizza but found that even though the description mentions sauce there is NONE on the pizza, just mozzarella. I can’t believe I spent $25 on a dry pizza! The toppings and crust were quality so 2 stars.
