The pizza was delicious! I've had pizza twist before but not at this location. My food was ready exactly when I was told it would be. The gentleman helping me was very nice and answered my questions thoroughly. My rating for atmosphere is a 3 because it was very lackluster. The other PT I've been to had a seating area and bar seating. This PT looks like an old Pizza Hut or other pizza place because there's just enough room for you to walk in and order. Other than that, it was great!!

The pizza here is a joke.... im sorry but we ordered a large Detroit style. It came in a medium box and barely filled that. It was probably 8 inches x 3.
The crust is not even pizza dough. The cheese is too thick and there is very little sauce.
Does not even resemble, taste, or feel of a deep dish Detroit style.
To be honest, they should quit making pizza and just concentrate on the Indian food.

Do yourself a favor and skip this spot. My experience with the achari chicken pizza, despite its initial good taste, was disastrous. Just two hours after eating, I was battling a nasty stomach ache, strongly suspecting the quality of their chicken and toppings led to potential food poisoning.

I ordered the Tandoori Chicken Pizza. There was barely any chicken pieces and the chicken which was there, looked and tasted like regular chicken cubes rather than tandoori. The sauce tasted of just garlic and mushroom without any Indian twist. Not worth the money.

I ordered pizza once from here. It was okay. Then i saw picture online saying that they have sourdough sandwich. I called and i clearly said that i want sourdough sandwich. When i picked up my order, i was in rush so i checked after i got home. The sandwich was made on white bread. It looks completely different than they advertised. No jalapeño were there in sandwich. When i called to say they made mistake, instead of listening the employee said it was made on sourdough. Here i am sharing pictures about their lie. I would suggest to prefer another option before get cheat here.

We had a terrible and unsafe experience at this restaurant. We placed an order under my name, but when we arrived to pick it up, we were told they had given our entire order to someone else by mistake.
Instead of remaking the food immediately, the staff told us that the person who took our order would return it — and they intended to give that same food to us. Not only is this completely unacceptable, it's a clear health code violation. Once food leaves the premises, it should never be served to another customer. Contamination is a serious risk.
Despite us waiting 20 minutes, they still did not start a fresh order. We eventually left because we weren’t comfortable accepting returned food. When we called later for a resolution, they offered to remake only part of the order — and expected us to pay again, with zero accountability, and no offer to make it right.
This was not just a customer service failure — it was a major food safety concern. Extremely disappointing. We will be reporting it to the Cary health department.
