Hi good morning Potbelly Team I would like to point out a magnificent individual name JaTory Williams the past week or so since I’ve been coming he’s been in such good spirits, positive attitude, working hard as always repeating my order back to me numerous times lol to make sure he doesn’t mess up and I love that so much about him. He’s a very handsome tall man I love seeing him in the mornings now he makes me smile. He’s very sufficient with cleaning too my lord. Every 5 seconds he’s moving cleaning or either stocking which is every good for this establishment. Good job Jatory I will be back today this evening hopefully I can see him again. Great job for a good Manager you guys ❤️

The sandwiches are extraordinarily good. No other Sandwich chain comes close. The ingredients are fresh, the bread has a wonderful crunch and its one of the best tasting breads, always toasted as part of the sandwich preparation. Disappointed in the service though since the servers could be a little more friendly. But this is an unmissable place for anyone who loves sandwiches, which is pretty much everyone. The soups are also excellent with the Chicken Pot Pie exactly like its name and even better.

I'm in here at least twice a week but for some reason I'm guessing it's a shortage on turkey meat. I ordered a skinny and y'all put one slice of turkey not good.

I come into this place almost every day and this week I’ve been very impressed with JaTori Williams the new employee. He’s so respectful, so polite and so genuine. He cleans the lobby really well and ask if my food is always good and fresh. My husband and I love his work ethic.

He’s a little shy but he’s so sweet and I be happy to see him. I just left with my husband and I thank God he was there to make my sandwich.

Fantastic sandwiches, I just wish they would stop putting Hot Peppers on my sandwich when I asked for BELL PEPPERS.
It's happened twice already, my stomach has issues with spice.
I come often during lunch time since I work around the corner.

These guys made my sandwich with the quickness! The sandwich is peak! I got A wreck and I'm probably going to get another since this thing is so good

This is the best sandwich shop for hot subs that I've ever been to. I've been coming here for a while and probably should have left a review before now but sometimes you forget. I always get their Italian sub and it is just amazing every time. They use a conveyor oven similar to Quiznos but the sandwiches are so much better than Quiznos ever was. I don't live near the shop so I always plan to come here if I'm heading towards Durham and it never fails to meet my expectations and exceed them! I will say it is a little more expensive than some but it is totally worth it.

I loved everything about the meal I ate here. I have been coming here for some time. There are a lot of sandwich shops but this one stands out. The Wreck is a fantastic, delicious sandwich. And if you haven’t tried their Chili Mac & Cheese, try it! It is the definition of comfort food. One last shout out to Mel who made my food that day and Lina who check us out. They did a fabulous job.
