I am proud of my local international airport RDU. It is growing in leaps and bounds meeting the needs of the state of North Carolina and the Country. Keeping up with aviation safety standards is at the top of my list followed by customer satisfaction, service and growing number of available destinations both international and domestic. Stopped in here for a bite to eat while waiting for my flight on thanksgiving day. Servers here are super friendly! I have to say for a airport restaurant the prices are very fair. $15.99 for the flatbread. $18 for a salad with crab cakes. Crab cakes were to be as expected. A lot of breading. Salad was delicious. Really enjoyed the fresh tomatoes and pickled onions. My fiancée enjoyed his flatbread. Nothing spectacular about it. Just good bar food. Overall, a great experience.
I stopped here for breakfast before my flight. The service was a little slow, but when he showed up, he was efficient. The food was average... nothing too spectacular.It did the job.
