$5 for two shots of espresso?! And they weren't even made from freshly ground coffee. ?
Attentive staff. Tables placed far enough apart. Food good
location of this property is near the airport this hotel is catering to letting non guest park their cars here very little parking left for hotel guest .if you leave and go out you you may have no place to park here. the staff has a nasty way of interacting with guest their first concern is the park and go. the room i have is a double king the sink does not drain well. We were going to stay 3 nights have canceled the 3 night now they will not apply discounts of any kind. this hotel has no pool open no bar open no restraunt open, As of June 17th 2021. We will never come back here they are not being transparent on all their websites. have stayed in 3 choice hotels this week this is the worst of the worst. BEWARE!!!! they do not clean or empty trash unless you ask and they never tell you that their shuttle can drop you at a place within 5 miles to eat and shop .Are room phone does not work at all.
I checked out of this wonderful property February 4th 2021. The price of this stay went in and out of my bank account twice . I spoke to a gentleman on February 8th because I did not see the debit in my account . He said the whole reservation was paid for. Fast forward to June 15th 2021 yesterday my account is debuted for that stay from February. It left my account overdrawn . Don’t stay here they will play with your bank account then recharge you when you least expect it.
It was closed on a Saturday night... no idea if it's any good when open
This was my first visit to this hotel and I must say although a day visit. It was very hospitable from front desk staff to my services rendered by Alexander. Cleanliness was a noticeable factor throughout with having been my first Covid-19 group session in using social distancing constant wiping down of surfaces and bathrooms stayed clean. I would definitely recommend anyone flying into the area consider staying and get the experience of what a hotel should should be delivering each and every visit.
From the moment our people arrived Alexander greeted us with smiles and excellent customer service hustling to assist us with various matters. It was greatly appreciated and definitely noticed/mentioned amongst our group.
Scheduled for three nights because we have stayed at Cambria properties before and enjoyed our stay. Not so much at this hotel. These rooms need a serious update. One tech example is there are no HDMI connections, but there are RCA connectors! The room was dark, not inviting and became more so when the fire alarms went off at 4AM because there was a power outage, not a fire. No communication as to what was happening, many of the emergency lights did not work, and the lobby doors would not open. The staff said this happens all the time. I have a suggestion... Fix It! The elevators were the dirtiest I have seen in a long while. Checked-out after the first night but, of course, was billed for three nights. The staff member behind the desk just didn't seem well trained... or interested in the job.
Alexander the front desk manager was very understanding and accommodating to our specific room needs . The friendly and excellent service we received from him and Paul the shuttle driver are exactly why we choose Cambria . I highly recommend this hotel .
What great staff - Terria and Alexander were! They both deserve kudos for their kind, considerate and caring attitudes. My adult daughter was having a cardiology procedure at UNC Memorial Hospital, which made the trip somewhat intense. Terria and Alexander made our stay comfortable. Their willingness to ensure we had everything we needed was a huge plus! Thank you Terria and Alexander for your warm, welcome spirit! From now on, when visiting my family in the area, I will stay again at the Cambria Hotel on Airgate Road.

Inside the hotel. Food seems iffy, but great drinks.
Good for a quick bite
Real good for a hotel restaurant
The hotel itself was exceptional, the food here however is another story. I was staying here for one night before my flight in the morning and I made the mistake of ordering room service instead of going out to eat, as it was late.
