The food here is delicious!! Their Italian beef sandwich is authentic Chicago. Their double dough pizzas are phenomenal. And you can’t leave without trying the cinnamon sticks - to die for!!!!

Yesterday, I stopped by Rosati’s by myself. I got a Sausage and cheese thin pizza with extra sausage and salad. The service was very nice from the moment I was greeted until I left. The pizza was delicious. Salad was fresh. I even treated myself to an order of Cannolis. Delicious! My husband and I live about an hour and 15 minutes away. Sometimes we just ride here to Rosati’s for pizza. But, today I just wanted to share how my lunch was yesterday by myself.

Do not recommend. We will never return to this restaurant. Pizza was ok. Fettuccine was not great. No kids cup which ended up in spilled drink. The manager is terrible. We had a party of 11 for a birthday party for two. We brought our own cake as we have done many times at restaurants. I've never been charged for bringing my own cake. I was told when he saw the cake at the table there was a fee, but he never said how much. I said ok figuring it was a small fee like when you share a plate like maybe 6.00. No, I was charged 22.00!!! Yes twenty two dollars for bringing a cake!! 2.00 a person there and 3 didn't even eat cake, yet I was still charged. We spent over 250.00 on food, and yet they charged 22.00 for my own cake. We can't go to our house to do cake due to a child's severe cat/dog allergy so celebrating at the restaurant was our only choice bc we were meeting at a central location. I've brought cakes many times to restaurants , and I've never been charged. Matter of fact, most restaurants are more than happy to help us celebrate. Not this place. Not to mention, food was too expensive for what we got. Terrible customer service, and turned a celebration into a very frustrating end when I got my bill. I would have tipped the server extra for helping with plates, etc for the birthday, but not this time. That extra tip went to pay the restaurant for nothing other than collecting more money. Greedy owners.
