there were roaches at the restaurant. absolutely disgusting. service was lovely and management was accommodating but the venue itself was a disappointment. owners should do better

Always a good time and decent meal at Ruckus. And rarely an argument from the kiddos when we choose Ruckus. Atmosphere is upbeat and servers are attentive.

The food and service are great. Outdoor seating is also nice. Cleanliness inside is a bit hit and miss but they have a new manager and I have seen improvement. Would recommend

Went to watch the canes game and our server Abigail was wonderful. Great service and very friendly and helpful. Multiple TVs both inside and out make it a great place to watch a game. The pretzel app was so good - I will be ordering it every time I go there. We had other options from the late night menu and enjoyed the pizza, wings, and rangoons.
