Saffron Indian Cuisine & Lounge

We just ordered pickup through Doordash... ordered, paid, went to pick up. Apparently the entire restaurant is closed. We called the number to make sure we had the correct address. The calls went straight to voicemail. I guess you shouldn't order from here anymore?

Worst food experience so far. I ordered lamb kabab and they gave me some frozen beyond meat thing. It was a Mother’s Day and there were lot of customers waiting for their order. They were clearly short staffed on the day and messing up everything. Never again!

Had butter chicken and aloo onion paratha from doordash, probably one of the best meals I've had all year

Worst food. We took 'take away' biryanis from this place and the food was dry, tasteless and burnt. Rice was stale. Never try this restaurant.

Half the time I try to come here they are closed even though the hours on the door say open. After trying to grab lunch today I think I am gone for good.

Keep an eye on your bill; mine had one dollar added for "non-cash adjustment" which the server could not explain though he suggested it was added by the owner, perhaps for using a credit card. That didn't make sense, considering I had not yet provided any method of payment and adding $1 for using a credit card on a $30 bill seems silly. There was no real explanation or sign posted for this "adjustment". The server removed the charge, though I suspect only because I caught it. It's unfortunate this sullied my experience because the food and service was great up until that point.

We only got take out but oh MAN was it amazing. Incredible flavor in the butter chicken and goat vindaloo. As an Indian I’m often disappointed in indian restaurants in the states, but the two dishes we had here make me very excited to try out the rest of their menu.

I ordered Butter Chicken through DoorDash for lunch. The chicken was WAY over-cooked. It was hard as a rock. I could barely penetrate it with the plastic fork. The sauce seemed watered down, and it had no spice kick. The Basmati rice was stale.

Had a great time here. Family hospitality and great food. Don’t rush and enjoy. I’ll be back again soon.

Finally making it to Saffron and it hasn’t disappoint. Ask about their specialties. Also, you must get an after dinner tea.

We very much enjoy family meals here

This is the second time we had poor service experience but this time was really bad. We called before going for lunch buffet and check what they have (goat curry, egg curry, butter chicken, baked chicken, vegetables, rice and naan). The food was delicious but they hardly have anything. There was only one person managing entire operation. Following trays were empty rice, goat curry, baked chicken and naan. We asked for all these items but it took too much time to refill the serving pot. The goat curry came when we were almost done. Rice was cooked in hurry and was not fully done. And water there were particle floating. We showed when he was pouring in the glass. I am surprised how they are still in business.

I ate here for the first time tonight and I will be back! Good atmosphere, quick and friendly service, and the food was SO! GOOD! Very reasonable food and drink prices. Looking forward to eating my leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

We visited on a Sunday evening. The restaurant was empty, one other table showed up later.

Limited selection on buffet, but what is there is super tasty.
