We were disappointed with both the food and the service here. As other reviews have noted, the employees were dismissive and rude to both customers and each other, and use of gloves on both food and non food items (such as the cash register, oven etc.) was concerning. The burrito was quite large, but had no flavor whatsoever. The portion of guacamole was very overpriced and also lacked any flavor. The area to dine in was dirty, and the booths and chairs are in need of replacements as the fabric on many of them is torn.

I recently dined at Salsarita’s in Raleigh Durham International Airport on October 20, 2024, and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a burrito with chicken, rice, black beans, tomatoes, and lettuce and tortilla chips. The food was subpar and completely lacked seasoning. It was a huge letdown, especially given the high expectations for airport dining. To make matters worse, it was very expensive. I ended up throwing it away. I wouldn't recommend it.

They have delicious food and the service is very fast. The prices are also reasonable.

Extremely rude worker with an immediate attitude for no reason. I walk up and she just stares at me, no problem, I place my order. she continues to throw the food together with attitude and says zero words and just keeps mean mugging me. The food itself was bland.

The service was wonderful. The ladies working were very kind and patient with my kiddo, as he ordered his food. The food also tasted great. Nice stop while waiting for our plane to take off.

Well that was a garbage experience. No wait staff and only cold pre-packaged sandwiches and chips for food. $50 for 2 cold turkey wraps, 2 bags of chips, and two bottles drinks. Do not recommend. 👎🏻
Very good quality of food, similar to Chipotle but fresher, very good service, the truth is we have tried meals in several airports and they have not been good, but this is the best.

We have eaten at the RDU Salsaritas on a couple of occasions and have recieved great service and the food was really good. We did not expect the food to be that good at an airport restaurant. Also, the cost was reasonable considering the location.

Stopped by for a quick bite before our flight. My son and I loved the nachos. The ingredients (cilantro, jalapeños, and onions) tasted fresh and the chicken was well-seasoned. The service was quick and there was plenty of seating with a clean dining area.

Worst service ever. System went down, everyone waited in line for 20 minutes to pay. When flights started to board, we said we had to walk away. The manager threw the food out instead of giving it to us for the inconvenience. I even offered to pay cash. I get that its an airport but good grief.

The service here is as bad as it gets. If I could leave no stars I would. Everything about this place irritated me, from the old looking food to the incompetent individuals behind the counter. The only reason this place is still in business is because there is nowhere else to eat in the airport. My best advice is to eat before you intend to arrive, because this place couldn’t handle 2 customers being in line and I’d hate to see them during a rush with 3. Have a good day!

Awful! The chips were stale at 11:30 am.
It is pointless to ask your staff to wear disposable gloves, if they are not going to dispose of them before using the register, and if they are not going to put new gloves on before preparing food again.More than one employee did this as we waited in line. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Ate here while at the airport. Got steak quesadillas, steak burrito and steak bowl. The steak was soo greasy it was gross- the guac had no taste. Had to ask the staff to change their gloves as they were touching everything and not changing before touching the food. Hair down over the food - no hair nets. And they have Pepsi ??. I don’t recommend
