I will leave a comment as an employee who has worked for 3 weeks here. I hope my words will be useful to you.Good team overall. There are flaws, like anywhere else. Relatively moderate management, where I would like to accent on Dovian Leo. Helpful, caring towards drivers and generally cool guy. It is always nice to see when a company employee has good human qualities. I also liked Aziza, her strength and professionalism, with which she covers a huge part of the workflow.This is a good place to start for people who do not have rich experience, but have diligence and responsibility.Of the obvious disadvantages, the company does not have a safety manager. There is only a person who "executes" this position) I have worked in various fields where the safety manager was a kind of person to look up to. I was surprised how Luis who is responsible for security in LSG said that cellphones are not allowed in the ramp, but at the same time after 40 minutes I see him with the phone) I never seen such weird attitude before) It seems to me that people who break the principle "the law is the same for ALL" should not work in such a serious company as Lufthansa, and I hope that the representatives of the company see this comment.I'll say shortly and in German:Am Neste kann man sehen, was für ein Vogel drin wohnt. :)Barring the foregoing, there are no specific characters or documentary flaws that hinder the progress of LSG.If you happen to be here, enjoy. Easy in, load fast.NO OVERNIGHT parking.
Great shipper in and out within an hour
Looked like a prison. Cafeteria smelled like elementary school food . The workers look miserable
