Pretty disappointed with the food we received from smith fields today. I will say that we’ve never experienced this before from this Smithfield’s however finding plastic and hair in our food is just totally unacceptable. Not to mention how hard it’s been to get in contact with the store, especially considering it’s a 23 minute drive to this location for us. We were very hungry when we picked our food up but after my mother literally pulled a long piece of plastic out of her mouth after eating the Brunswick stew, and then with me seeing what looks like a eyelash mixed in with my coleslaw, it’s safe to say our appetites are gone. This is very concerning and I’m sure we will not return to this locationUpdate: after driving another 23 minutes, the manager was very apologetic and gave us a refund.

The customer service at the drive thru today 3-22-24 was horrible. The cashier talked to us like we were 2 years old and rushed the order through. Not usually this way, normally friendly service. This was cashier 4

I love this place, doing the summer I would go there a lot if I am going somewhere or I don’t want to cook, well this is my favorite place to get my chicken. From, the people there is so nice , but there is a manager that works there he is so Sweet, very good gentlemen he takes very good care of his customers,Thank you so much for being so generous..Parking: Morrisville NC, you can park right there at the RestaurantKid-friendliness: I always have my grandson with me and we never have any problems they are always so nice, sweet people, I just love their personality
Great pit stop for fried chicken and pulled pork barbecue. They have a North Carolina style vinegar barbecue sauce that's delicious! There is also a patio outdoors, and dogs are welcome. Restrooms available, and free parking. Reasonable prices.

Love the BBQ sandwich with slaw. Friendly cashier at drive thru. Avoid banana pudding it's not good....I wish I lived in the area I would be eating there all the time.

I love the chicken and the BBQ. As a matter of fact everything I’ve tried has been excellent and their sweet tea is the standard I use to rate all others. Every location I’ve been to has been very consistent on taste, quality, and service.My only complaint is that there isn’t a location closer to my house. Glenwood Ave would be a great place for one.
I came today at Jan 30 on my lunch to get lunch 1130am..... customer service was great the chicken was terrible.... I got 4 piece meal all white chicken the chicken didn't look done they gave me fries piece of paper not a plate not coming here
