I’ve been coming here for a while and while the smoothies usually taste great, I’ve had multiple problems with being overcharged and deals/promos not being honored. The most recent issue was when I came in recently and asked to do the Friday upgrade deal (32oz for the price of 20oz). I only wanted the 20oz, but figured since it’s a free upgrade, I might as well take it. I told them that I wanted to do the upgrade promo, and I paid by using the “scan to pay” function on my Smoothie King app. I realized when checking the charge that it went through as full price for the 32oz. When I asked the employees about it, they told me that if you scan to pay with the app it doesn’t honor the deal. I wasn’t told about this ahead of my purchase (though they clearly knew that this would happen because they finally told me when I asked why I was overcharged), and they said there was nothing they could do. This could easily have been prevented by letting me know ahead of time that I needed to pay with another method. Though, it seems odd to me that the Smoothie King wouldn’t honor its own deals/promos when you pay with their app. This is also not the first time that I’ve been overcharged or had similar issues and been told that there’s nothing they can do to fix it.

Never again…i walked into the store with a smile and wasn’t greeted…not one word was said just given a blank stares by both of the workers…i felt very unwelcome. Do not recommend.

Been coming to this smoothie king for almost 12 years now and tonite I was Not a fan of the 2 guys that work tonite juss displayed awful customer service I can in a lil b4 close and they acted like I was disturbing them not friendly at all no greetings they just looked at me terrible go to the tropical around the corner this place isn’t it anymore

We love this Smoothie King and stop by pretty frequently. The team is friendly and knowledgeable—and they generally can make any smoothie you have in your imagination. Note that the menu posted at the restaurant is more limited than the one on their app/online but they can make any that are listed on the website as well.
We like the Blueberry Heaven, Banana Berry Treat and Island Impact.
The ones with multiple juices in them are pretty sweet, but they allow substitutions and we’ve found we usually can tone down the sweetness with some substitutes.
The app is worth getting—comes with a coupon and then you can accumulate points toward future free smoothies.
Lastly, will say the service has been excellent every time we’ve been—everyone in there is on the move and very friendly. Even when we’ve waited in line behind a few folks, we’re always in and out in <10mins.

This was the worst service ever. The team member was mumbling and unclear on what the ingredients were on a new smoothie and there was a special that was advertised on the wall that he refused to honor. When I asked if I could speak with the manager he said he/she wasn't there so we left without ordering and went to Tropical Smoothie where we always get great service.

My personal opinion is they taste alot more like yogurt and protein powder then they do fruit smoothies... And the limited time watermelon taste artificial as heck 1000% lafy taffy candy vs real watermelon.

Came in, there were two ladies working. Nobody greeted me or said anything to me. I stood at the register for about 5 minutes. Nobody literally said anything to me. I went to the restroom, came out and another couple came in and got a warm greeting. When it was my turn again, the lady at register finally asked did I want to order anything and was I ready. I calmly stated to her that I had been ready when I was standing there the first time and that Nobody said anything to me or made eye contact with me. I almost walked out but I wanted a smoothie so I stayed. This type of customer service is unacceptable! All customers that are coming to spend their hard earned money should be greeted warmly and made to feel like they are welcomed in ! But I digress....
