My daughter waited for her coffee for 18 minutes. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous as she not only wasted my time as I was waiting in the car. but also hers. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

Good experience, always get the Venti iced oat milk matcha with light ice, a warmed up brownie, and a cake pop for my little guy. Use the app to collect your stars! Always friendly service. Highly recommend!

I goto this Starbucks location every morning and I have always had a positive experience. I went to this location today and Ben the manager, was extremely rude and condescending while taking my order. I asked for an out of season drink; that Starbucks still makes. The only difference is they no longer use that name. I get to the window and I told him that he was really rude to me. He proceeds to say that is my perception and he said I was being aggressive and bands me from the location.I didn’t yell, curse or call him out his name. I only told him I didn’t like how I was treated. Keep in mind I am a black woman, that was extremely racist. I will be reporting this to the BBB.

Hay you know everyone has their taste but there is nothing better than my own cup of coffee at home nothing against Starbucks but me personally I will not pay $12.00 for a cup of coffee um just saying ???
