Serious issues at this location. Staff unfriendly, indifferent and poor attitudes. I placed a mobile app order for two cappuccinos and it took over thirty minutes to complete. They do not provide the level of service needed for an airport terminal. Customers need drinks quickly so that they can make it to their gates timely. Three staff members moving at a snails pace, and one of them just walking around doing nothing when not taking orders. He could help make drinks. The alternative, skip the coffee so you make it to the gate on time. Don’t order here unless you have at least an hour to spare!

they are so rude here.. i ordered a pink drink and it came super separated because they didn’t shake it with ice so I asked for it to be remade and you think I would have asked them to give me a trenta in a tall cup with the way they responded. pink drinks are SUPPOSED TO BE shaken with ice

No customers in store and employee taking orders, standing at (more like leaning on) kiosk thought it more important to yuk it up with other employees than take my order. Walked off w/o ordering. I was standing right in front of her! 2nd time in as many trips this employee has spoiled our experience at this Starbucks. Management should do something (1:45pm, July 4th).

The door was up but the lights were out...I asked "excuse me, when do you open?". I received a rude look and, "when the lights turn on". This location will not be getting any of my money. A polite answer to a simple question was all I was looking for.

We waited 20mins to get our drinks these guys need a better way to process the drinks better. It's not the lack of service it's the process. Use a paging system, put stickers with printed names and it can get better. I'll relay it to corporate because the people working here were frustrated

This Starbucks is understaffed - very slow and employees are stressed. Mobile orders are put in a spot separate from the huge mobile order pickup sign, which is confusing and slows things down more.

Terminal 1. Great experience. Made me a great drink and manager helped me with my rewards points. They were fun to connect with and had me laughing about some of the people they deal with daily. Manager was extra nice and I told her I’d leave a nice review. ?

First, I stood at the cash register for more than 3 minutes with three people working there and passing by the cash register and never taking my order. So I had to place a mobile order. When I picked it up the lid wasn't on all the way and it spilled on the counter. I told them I spilled coffee because the lid wasn't on tight. I asked them for napkins and they directed me to where there were napkins. I ended up cleaning with multiple runs to get more napkins. Any decent person would have come from behind the counter with a towel to help clean it up. That's what happens when there's a monopoly in an airport. Starbucks only sees revenue so has no signal that customer service is not up to their usual standards.

Firstly this Starbucks is by far worst on cleanliness and the cashier was so rude almost used the F word on the customers face in front of me, the latte was worst and i asked for hot and they gave cold which tasted horrible as well. when i asked they said that's what i ordered, i was here 11/6/2023 around 4:25 PM. The only reason this store is surviving is because of airport.

Where do I start...or rather where do I stop...? Firstly when you walked in the place smelled of really bad burndt coffee. This is not a good sign as I found out my 2 orders also tasted of burndt coffee. Along that same thought the 2 employees seemed kind of "Burndt Out" also and as shown in their attitude however they did succeed in providing the slowest service ever. Sorry it is what it is! Next time I will pass this SB.?
