Check your drive thru item … make sure ot’s yours. I got someone else’s. Drove 17 minutes home to enjoy my drink, realized Im allergic to what I was given. Told I HAD to come back & then I’d get my drink.
Couldnt give me credit on my card from home.
No ‘ we messed up, this or next drink’s on us’
Just drive an additional 34 minutes..

They won’t offer extra.
So do the work and check your drink.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Starbucks for over three years, visiting at least five days a week often twice a day. For the amount of money I’ve spent here, I expect consistency and respect. I come here so often employees know me by my name. Today I ordered an Iced Matcha through the drive-thru, clearly asking for only two scoops of matcha powder. What I got tasted like extra scoops had been added. When I asked for it to be remade, the barista turned around, came back in less than ten seconds with the exact same drink in the same cup, as if I wouldn’t notice. That is insulting. This isn’t the first time this location has gotten my drink wrong, but this time the dismissive attitude crossed the line. I didn’t drink the matcha and left frustrated which should never happen to someone who gives this store steady business year after year. The only positive was that my daughter enjoyed her cake pop, but one small bright spot doesn’t excuse poor service and blatant disregard for customers. If this is the standard, I’ll have to start spending my money elsewhere.

I usually visit the Starbucks on Page rd but Susan and another young lady with blonde hair might change my go to location. They are a lil more pleasant at this location & that matters.

Came in on Friday August 8th around 9:20am. The lady working at bakery station was so rude. She treated me differently than other customers. I’m not sure why she rolled her eyes multiple times at me and didn’t seem to help. I ordered my food 10 mins ahead and it still wasn’t ready so I had to check with her. I’m kind of surprised how rude she was.

I would not have minded if she treated all customers in the same way. She seemed to bring people’s food to the table and call people’s name when ready. She did NOT bring my food out but rather left in the corner. If I didn’t notice it, I would’ve just waited for another 10mins for nothing. Also I wasn’t sure what order she followed but she had been putting off warming my food to a point where customers arrived later than me had their food ready. I’m just very disappointed and I wouldn’t be coming back.
