They don't accept subway coupons or app specials/deal. The only thing they follow is the special of the day. If you are rich and don't care about saving money or getting app deals, then this place is for you, but this is the last time I will waste my gas and drive there on my lunch.

⭐☆☆☆☆ - False Advertising & Anti-Customer Policies

I walked into this Subway in Morrisville expecting to get the $6.99 Footlong deal that Subway has been advertising everywhere, only to be told “We don’t participate in corporate promotions.” Seriously?! Then why even be a Subway if you refuse to honor the deals that customers come in for?

This is just greedy and anti-customer—other locations are offering the discount, but this one decides they’re too good for it? It’s completely misleading and a total bait-and-switch. Instead of getting a fair price, I was stuck paying full price for something that should have been discounted.

If you’re looking for a Subway that actually respects its customers and follows the deals that the company promotes, go somewhere else. I won’t be back.

Small portions of steak. Then I was told that I would have to pay extra for 2 squirts of cheddar cheese. She only put 4 pickles on a six inch. And barely put oil and vinegar on the sub.

My sandwich was made the wrong way with the wrap and I had a spoon of lettuce and this isn't even an exaggeration. If this keeps up, I won't be coming back and I order there a lot.

Got a 6 inch sub, requested to put less chicken more veggies so they did exactly opposite and put more chicken less veggies. Requested to put extra sauce so they purposely put less sauces. Most horrible sub I’ve ever had. Never going to this subway again

We eat here often. The veggies look fresh, in-person service is quick and staff is friendly, sanitation rating is 99/100. They also accept discount coupons which work well for us.

Servic is ok, weekday food is good, but why do I never receive napkins with my to-go order? Do the people that work here not use napkins? Is the owner stingy on the napkins? I spent $6 on a 6in and nearly $3 on a bottled beverage. Is there a napkin shortage? Everywhere else gives you napkins. If anyone can please explain?

Firdt thing when customer waiting for order she is doing loading stuffs in oven and changing things here and there.The staff she is very rude and not proper customer service.I ordered two foot long and asked that staff to cut it and pack as 4 six inches,for that she refuse to do that and telling we will not waste one paper,if you want separate pack you have to order 4 six inch subs.I never had this kind of rude customer service in any other stores.Owner of this franchise pls react to this kind of review and grow up your business.Thanks.

I usually order online and pick it up during my lunch break. My orders are almost always ready after 5 minutes. The longest I've ever had to wait was 10 minutes and the subs are one of the best made from any franchise spot I've eaten at.

I ordered food online and accidentally forgot to add toppings to my sub. I called the restaurant, and they were incredibly professional, every topping I mentioned was included perfectly. Excellent service, 5 stars!

Submitted an order for 2 subs through the app and they completely disregarded what was ordered. All of the toppings for both sandwiches were piled into one sandwich while the other sub had literally nothing in it but cheese. The sub that had all the toppings piled in wasn't even remotely close to either of the subs that were ordered. I've tried calling multiple times and they have yet to answer.
