Placed an order for pickup, went to restroom before picking up. The owner/manager opened the restroom door and started to get mad. There seems to be issues with some homeless folks but that doesn't warrant a hostile encounter.
Never ever had a bizarre experience like this. As others have said Avoid this location.

I order a Turkey Titan with Extra meat. These people gave me 4 piece of meat! Worst Subway I order from and will never order there again. Do not order here, you will get ripped off.

Disturbing Experience – Avoid This Location
I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience at the Subway in Alexander Village, Morrisville, NC on Saturday, July 19 around 6pm was so upsetting I feel obligated to speak out.
I walked into the store intending to place an order, but urgently needed to use the restroom first. As I was walking back, a man I believe to be the manager or owner abruptly and aggressively told me the restaurant was closed. I said nothing and quickly continued, as it was a true emergency.
When I came out, I calmly said, “You may want to be a little nicer to people.” His response? He threatened to call the police on me and claimed I was trespassing. I was shocked. To avoid further escalation, I turned and left immediately.
But he followed me outside, yelling at me in the parking lot even as I got into my car. The entire encounter was hostile, inappropriate, and frankly frightening.
I will never return to this location and strongly urge others to avoid it as well. No customer deserves to be treated this way—especially when the situation could have been resolved with basic decency and professionalism.
I hope Subway corporate will take this seriously and investigate the behavior at this store. This level of aggression toward a customer is unacceptable and concerning.

I stopped by this Subway and made a purchase, then politely asked the manager if I could use the bathroom. He told me it wasn’t working. As I was walking out, another customer told me, “I don’t know why they told you that, it worked when I used it.”
This experience felt extremely discriminatory and unfriendly. I don’t appreciate being lied to, especially after spending money there. It left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Do better.

The man working there is rude and disrespectful

Not very friendly service
I went to this location as I was running errands in the area and stopped for lunch . I walk in to an empty store .. there is one lady stocking the fridge .. and a man in the back . They both just stare at me . I say hello first. Super weird environment ..Not friendly at all . I walk up to the counter to order a toasted sub. As the man starts preparing my sandwich, I'm observing the 'fresh' veggie toppings don't look fresh at all. The lettuce was turning , the spinach looked wilted, the cucumbers and tomatoes all looked past their freshness. I do notice two full containers of spinach and tomatoes with lids on them, seemingly untouched. So as we start with the toppings, I request spinach and tomatoes from the fresher containers. The man refuses , saying they're all the same. I say, so if it's all the same, why can't I get those fresher ones instead ? He says he has to FIFO (which I understand, I also work with food. But I also wouldn't serve food that doesn't look good enough for me to eat. And if the customer wants something extra, if I have the time I will do it and charge appropriately) long story short after going back and forth, he refused to put the toppings on the sandwich that I wanted . So I left empty handed, angry and disappointed. I have never been treated so rudely before . OVER SOME VEGETABLES. This is exactly why this location is a ghost town. I will never come here again. Today for the 4th week in a row, I went to this store to get a tuna salad protein bowl. The last time I was there I paid for two bags of chips. One of the bags was stale. So, I just brought them back today to swap the stale bag with a fresh bag to go with my new protein bowl. The employees were so rude. All three of them were rude. All yelling do you have a receipt. I said no but…..They immediately said “No, do you have a receipt?”Again I said no, but I used my AppleCard. I can show you the transaction. The app does not only show the transaction amount, it shows the store name and literally map of the store. It also provides a list of all my transactions there for OVER TWO YEARS! I explain that all I want is to swap the stale bag for a fresh one. Again the manager, Sam, refused. He said he will not do it because he cannot get his money back from the vendor without a receipt. So, instead of him swapping the bags and gaining another sale of a new protein bowl, he lost a customer and I immediately disputed the charge on my credit card. It literally makes no business sense to be rude to customers and refuse to do the basic right thing when it comes to customer service. I refuse to spend my money anywhere it clearly is not appreciated.

Went in store to tell how i want my sub and wanted to place order online to pay. I wanted to see how my sub was being made because i have ordered online for pick numerous times and my sub was made wrong. The man in store told me if i order online i need to go stand outside and come in when he done making it and he bring it to me and for me not tell him how i want my sub made in person or just do not order online. I told him i have a right to look at him make my sandwich and tell him what i want on it regardless whether i pay online or in store and i am not going to stand outside for him to make my sandwich cause i paid online that is ridicolous. He told me the owner will deduct money from his paycheck. I said why would money be deductes from your check just cause i placed my order online and and walked in store to tell him how i want my sub. I paid for my food nobody is giving me anything. He told me he will do this only this time but next time if i want to tell him what i want on ny sub do not pay online or if i do stand outside when he make it than come get it. I told him that is ridicoluas horribe service and it should not matter because either way the food is being paid for and i have a right to look at him make my sub i am not an animal you do not tell a paying customer to stand outside and wait for food. I have concerns why he does not want a customer who pay online to watch him make their sandwich it should not matter unless he is being sneaky making online ordees different from in store orders. Also the lady with him was also very rude she said if i order online to go somewhere else and wait for sandwich to be made. These people make subway look bad. One good thing about subway is people want to see their sub being made. And it does not matter how i paid the food got paid for so treat and talk to a customer like that is unacceptable and unprofessional. Based on other reviews online orders are always being made wrong like mines has in the past. This location need new employees and management some changes are needed ASAP
