I miss Taco Bell from years ago!

The service left a lot to be desired. We placed our to-go order on the Taco Bell App 10 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. We still had to wait for 10 minutes for our order to be ready. It looked as though there were several others waiting on orders as well and judging by the grumbling amongst the crowd, they too had to wait awhile for their orders. When we finally did receive our order it was incorrect and we needed to wait another few minutes while they made the correction. Considering the strongly encouraged the use of the app and kiosks when you arrive to place your orders it is not easy to get help at the counter if you have an issue with your order. Overall I do like Taco Bell but I will not be coming back to this location if at all possible.

I’ve had a horrible experience at this location months ago but tonight was the best I’ve ever received! Thanks to Keisha, Shautesh, Abdul Ahad, and Saad! You guys held it down tonight! Very much appreciated!!!

Have gone to this location for a while now with no problems but today i went through the drive through and got the new crunch wrap sliders. Got all the way back to my office building and noticed a huge bite was taken out of one of the sliders that was definitely not done by me as i had just opened the bag. I called the location and they said they would only replace the item and then accused me of lying about the bite mark. I’ve never have an issue like this before and I definitely don’t see any reason to lie about it.

Edit: I came back a month later and the service was MUCH faster and things seem to be in the right direction. They still forgot an entire item in my order but they were nice and the food was good.

this taco bell is a disaster. go somewhere else.

I was 5 cars back in the drive through at 8pm. I didn’t get food until 8:55pm. almost 60 minutes to get through 5 cars is absurd. I would never have waited that long, but I was the 3rd car after 15 minutes and it just hit stand still.

to top it off, the service was horrible. lady in the drive thru was sarcastic and snarky. they didn’t give me half the order, which I luckily checked. when I notified the employee of this there was no apology for the error (or even the wait). after 45-50 minutes in a drive thru line, they couldn’t even get the order right?

then she comes back with the rest of the food and says “here check it now” sarcastically. and then when I took the food and started to leave, she claps her hands together with a fake smile and says “thank youuuuuuuu”

normally I blame management for understaffing, which this place clearly is, so they bear blame, but the drive thru employee made an already bad experience even worse.

Service sucks how is there no people working when dine in is open? Worker gets mad at a customer for telling him order is wrong and then almost punches the customer. Ridiculous behavior. Worker storms out after.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever had. Two chicken cantina tacos thrown in the trash because they were as hard as cardboard

The food was fine, but ordered the 4-person meal with chicken in some items and beef in others, and did not receive the correct order in any of our items.

Worst taco bell I have ever seen. They lock their doors around 9.45pm and ask us to order via drive thru. Then why do they advertise they are open till late. I have never seen this happen in any other taco bell.
