I placed order on app it says order ready at 5:48 pm est but they gave me order at 6:10 pm for 3 potato tacos & surprisingly order is already ready and waiting in kitchen but no one handed it to me. Disappointed with service and my food is cold right now

The location on Davis Drive at Morrisville Carpenter has got to be the slowest in the area. My meal took over 10 minutes longer to be prepared than specified by the ready time! Employees here have no incentive to get the good out in a reasonable time. This was not a single time; everyone I have tried this place it is the same. I will no longer use this location.

IMHO, Taco Bell is different compared to 15 years ago. It excelled both in service and selection.

Pretty standard Taco Bell. Food is OK but staffing is always an issue and it's so frustrating because you know they pay poorly while spending millions on TV ads. We could use a little bit of a share of the wealth, Taco Bell. Let's try that before we buy Super Bowl ads this year.

Absolute worst drive through service of any taco bell ever visited. Slow service, incorrect food preparation, food tastes bad too.

The food is good when you get it on time. I ordered initially through DoorDash but ended up picking it up. I get my order and I get home to realize that both drinks I had ordered are complete opposite. I ordered a sweet tea and a vanilla cream freeze. I got home and the drinks are a Baja blast and lemonade. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s late or they simply didn’t have it at the time. I should’ve been notified.

Asked for jalapeños lettuce and chipotle sauce. Barely any lettuce barely any sauce and no jalapeños. Skimpy as humanly possible when it comes to portioning every time I come here, like 3 strands of lettuce, really? Last visit for sure.

Came at 10pm and drive thru stated they were closed but when I pulled around, the lobby was full of customers. No one to answer why the drive through was closed and no assistance with ordering. Just a kiosk that was glitchy. Lobby was dirty and a floor in bathroom was wet, creating a safety hazard.
