It's a fast food chain that's usually horribly understaffed. If you don't know what that means it means long freaking waits for ANYTHING. I think out of 5 trips here I could get stuck here for 30+ minutes at least 3/5 times.Understand this isn't the fault of the kids stuck working here but man I could drive 20 minutes to the airport Taco Bell and get my food faster.

The worst food I ever had from a Taco Bell, burrito was half full and the tortilla was crusty. I ordered a chicken quesadilla which I got half cooked. Mexican pizza was trash, chalupa trash. Wish corporate would do something because living in Morrisville NC this is the only one close but what a horrible

Received less than half of my order & never got any feedback about it. Messaged the line they gave me & they gave me a credit for one food item…. I was missing 6? Do not go to this taco bell if you want any of your order to be correct.

Close this place down. Bless the employees hearts they don’t know any better. They can’t help they got brought up in this world. But 45 minutes to tell me my online order can’t be made because they are doing there nails and hair in the back is a bit much for me. I was just token away from the experience.

It's very frustrating living adjacent to a Taco Bell that isn't worth visiting due to how terrible they are. My last visit took 25 min. (!) in the drive through and I was the fourth car in line. Yes, I should have pulled away but I stubbornly remained as I felt invested at that point. Mediocre food quality. I feel bad for the employees here. The owner seriously needs to cut their losses and move on to something else. It's clearly not for them. Do they have any idea how much they are costing themselves, let alone the brand?

the people are polite. But this Taco Bell is by far the worst. I’ve been here a few times and it’s always bad. No meat, no beans, food is always cold. I’ve eaten only flour tortillas with lettuce and tomatoes from this place.

Just sat at the drive thru order window for 25 minutes to get told the grills are turned off 30 minutes before closing time. 5 people walking in circles but claimed they are “short staffed”. Took an additional 20 minutes to figure out how to get a $25 refund. Place is a joke considering the 2.7 rating.
