I traveled home to Durham for a family members funeral service. My son chose this restaurant for dinner. Great location offers I-40 and near 540 also. Very nice kept restaurant, but we and 3 other groups waited in the lobby for 10 or 15 mins without anyone stepping to the hottest desk to greet us. Finally, a young lady "showed up".....no welcome or an apology for our wait. She assumed who was the first group, asking how many of them then said, "Follow me."...

Great steak here but the absolute best part of this place is the bartender JC. Came for dinner last night and watched her handle a busy bar with ease, taking time to make sure everyone felt welcome. Will be back next tuesday! Thanks

I enjoyed my time at Texas Steakhouse. The bartender, JC greeted me right away and was very friendly and attentive! My meal was great. I will go back again soon and hopefully JC will be there.
