I’m here in Raleigh for work. After a long week of work, my family and I decided to check out “The Goat” restaurant in Durham. We got seated by the greeting host. She sat us down and got us water. She told us a waiter will be with us. About 15 mins go by no one comes to check on us. When I ask a young man what’s up with the waiter. I said no one came to check on us. His reply was “ how did you get the water then”. That right there put me over the edge. I was done after that! We just got up and walked out. Definitely won’t be coming back, at least not this location. Horrible customer service!!!

Service at the bar was horrible. Watched 2 people be acknowledged before me and it was not even really busy. Not sure why, but the wait was 30 min even though ~50% of seating was empty and stayed empty for the entire time I was there. Ended up going somewhere else because it took 30 minutes to be served the correct drink

Let me say this place is super cute however the food is not very good. The drinks are ok went there off of a recommendation. There server we had was super sweet Tyisha I think is how you spell it. But other than that the hype is real, it is hype. I went with friends and that is what made it an amazing time. It was supposed to be happy hour, and they only had one selection to choose from with the drink and the food item. That’s not happy if you don’t have several items or drinks to choose from.Parking: This place is in a residential community that is why parking is tight. This restaurant didn’t allot enough space for patrons.

Service is terrible here. Sat at the bar last night to get some room-temp beer and had an empty glass for the better part of the evening. Service has always been terrible, what used to be our go-to spot for happy hour or dinner and drinks is now an afterthought. Upon trying to close out our tab last night - bartender made a rude remark he tried to play off as a joke about "you'll have to f***ing wait". "F***ing wait" should just be the name of this place, cuz that is all we did here.

Food was good but the service was great. Shoutout to Ty the bartender. She helped this picky person figure out what she wanted to eat. She's super helpful and sweet.

I’ve been a regular for a few years now. Lately there have been more issues than normal. Usually overcharged for something or given the wrong bill or waiting 30 minutes for a waitress when going in the afternoon. The most recent times I’ve been charged $12 for eggs for 2 people. Just eggs, no sandwich and $9 for two coffees, which I don’t think is what I’ve been paying all along but that’s what they’ve been charging me recently. It’s possible prices have gone up but $21 for just coffee and eggs is steep. There have been some very rude staff in the past but they seem to be gone thankfully.Huervos Rancheros is very good. That’s about what to what you pay for just eggs but that’s reasonably priced. The food is usually pretty good and staff is usually friendly now but it’s hit or miss. Oh, and chicken tacos and burgers are good!

It's more like a 3.5. We came on a Thursday afternoon and the hostess said a 45 minute wait it wasn't even 5 o clock yet so we went to the bar. We got served right away and tried the $6 special drink the hemingway daiquiri . Wasn't too please it was served in a small martini glass and not filled to the top. Anyways we ordered the buffalo wrap that came with fries and a side of crispy Brussels sprouts. Both were good and the Brussel sprouts had a spicy sauce on it. The menu prices is a bit on the high side. Also parking is limited considering it's right in the same parking lot as an apartment complex. Other than that I'm not sure if I'll be back again to visit.

Terrible service! Had to ask for the bar top to be cleaned. Had to ask for a food and drink menu. People came in after I did and saw them get excellent service but they were white!
