All was well until I received the bill to pay and noticed they charge customers for using their credit card. As a business owner those charges are operational/business expenses that shouldn't be paid by customers. From that alone we will not be repeat customers.

Every neighborhood needs a place like Two Guys! Really liked the chill vibe - perfect for family lunch, meeting friends, or watching a game. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered questions and made great recommendations. Food was awesome! They have a really fun, creative burger menu, and I want to try all of them! Other dishes and appetizers were great too. Nice that there is outdoor seating too. Get over and grab your smashburger!

I walked in ~12:15 and sat at the bar, restaurant and bar were around half-full. More than one staff member passed by me repeatedly behind the bar, admittedly, moderately busy. Nobody acknowledged me at all for an awkward amount of time. Somebody then sat down 2 chairs to my right, was greeted, got a menu, a recommendation and took a drink order. I wasn't acknowledged. Staff went back to packaging to-go orders. I was head-up, looking around to engage someone. That person got their drink and food order taken. I still wasn't acknowledged. Nobody did anything to check on someone sitting at the bar with no drink, no menu. I got up, pushed in my chair and left... and the chair was wobbly. Not a good way to spend finite lunch time.
My family of four went at a slow time where we were the only table there. Lots of food and debris on the floor. The server and staff spent more time talking with each other than working. Asked about something advertised on draft, was told they were out and they had no other IPA options. When asking for ranch, I was told “ummmm I don’t know, let me see if we have some”. Food was decent. Had to walk up to server, when we were the only table there, to get boxes and the check. Bench and table, we were at, both wobbled badly. Bathroom had toilet paper on the floor, full trash cans, and smelled bad. Not worth the money.

Came in at 5:59. Was told to seat ourselves. We sat at a booth. A man came in after, was given a menu and received his drink. We’re still waiting, not have been approached, helped or given a menu. A couple walks in, they seat themselves and were given menus. There were 2 servers. Both have looked me in the eye and still have not said a word besides what was said as soon as came in(seat yourselves). One came and took an order at a table directly next to us still not saying anything to us. We waited 15 minutes for no one to acknowledge us so we left. Horrible customer service.

The food at this place is better than the one in Hampstead nc. Love the firecracker shrimp they are spicy and amazing.place could have been a little bit cleaner. Other than that great lunch.

Bad customer service experience today- the owner needs to know that the Sunday staff is unprofessional and I will not be spending my money here. We had difficulty getting the door open and thought they might be closed. A woman inside saw us and didn’t come help. A few minutes later a young man walked out and I asked if they were open. I said I didn’t think the door was open and he said “it was” as he walked past us with a grin on his face. I’ll take my family of four elsewhere, thanks!
