First time at this location and was highly disappointed. We were going to dine in, but quickly changed our minds after seeing the only 2 available tables were dirty. The 3 people on staff were clueless to what good customer service is. So much cussing going on from them, you'd think there were no customers. After we finally get our food and get home, we realize the bacon was missing, the waffle was ragedy, and it wasnt a full portion of hasbrowns. Cheese was in the eggs and we didn't order cheese. Trash on floor. Waffle station was ridiculously dirty. Will not return.

Tossed my bill on the counter, causing it to go in my food instead of placing it on the counter or handing it to me. Purposely charged me for free water & walked away from the cash register. When I tried to pay for my food, I couldn't tell if it was racism or homophobia or just both, but I could sense the hate from my server.

Placed a pic up order I arrived 10min late and 1 cheese steak plate took 40 mins after the time to make. Asked for an egg scrambled when I got there it never came so I left .

I have always been a casual diner at Waffle House, never really thinking much of the experience beyond grabbing a quick and affordable meal. However, my recent visit to the Waffle House on Airport Blvd in Morrisville completely changed my perspective. The service I received from Treasure was exceptional and truly made me feel like I was dining at a high-end restaurant.From the moment I walked in, Treasure greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. She took the time to answer any questions I had about the menu and made excellent recommendations.Not only was Treasure a standout employee, but she also made the overall atmosphere of the restaurant more pleasant. Her positive attitude and genuine care for the customers truly made a difference in my dining experience.If Waffle House could replicate the level of service that Treasure provided, I have no doubt that their reputation would soar. Treasure's exceptional service has completely changed my perception of Waffle House, and I will definitely be returning thanks to her outstanding hospitality.
