Bought an electric toothbrush when I got to the hotel an hour away. Found that the box had been opened and it was missing parts. I will have to exchange it when I get to my destination. Ugh!
Great place to shop
The store is poorly staffed. Long lines and staffing is not very diverse.
10/21/24 at 10:30pm The employees at the self checkout are very rude. They would roll their eyes & tell you to figure it out on ur own. one customer asked for help & the employee yelled out to the customer “ Don’t you see I’m on the phone”

Employees are yelling at 10:50pm “Let’s go it’s closed” they are rude and impatient & yell “Hurry standing there looking at me” to customers. A worker told a customer that asked for help “Look for the serial number it’s there I don’t know look for it”. Honestly there needs to be a supervisor there because they are very disrespectful. I wish I would’ve recorded how loud the employees were yelling. It was bad.
Mr. Blaise Okale should be manager. He is the most helpful & knowledgeable person there. Customer service king!!! Give that man a raise!

Going to Walmart is never a good experience. Long lines, complete lack of customer service, very few registers open at any time, the judgement of attempting to leave and having people check your receipt but seeing others walk past. I know it’s random, but at times it feels as if they were targeting people they believe would steal. But then again it’s Walmart. Get in and get out

Due to the lack of training, 2 managers and one cashier did not review the reimbursement debit card transaction which created unnecessary confusion. The NC Dispensary fee was included in the reimbursement. When they presented me with the charge, I protested because I retuned the defective equipment that I had paid that fee initially. I admit, I too should have reviewed it more closely, but I count on the professionals to explain the process to me. As a result, I left the store without the card that had $20.00 remaining on it after I distinctly asked the cashier if the card was worth anything. When I got home and discovered that the $20 bill that I paid the contested 3.00 with, the change was not given to me. - A calamity of errors -
Walmart owes me $17.00 cash. I don’t want a Walmart Card; I paid cash and that’s what I should have gotten back!
Worst Store in the chain, cant get checked out. No one has a clue what they are doing scheduling. Store is backed up to check out with only one or 2 registers open and self checkout is backed up 15 people deep on both sides.
