i ordered the bourbon bacon burger with fries and I think the meat was not seasoned enough and the fries didn’t have any salt. Would love to see more flavor on the food to make the price worth it.

Burgers, fries, and fried pickles were great. The restaurant is located inside a gas station convenience store along with a number of other fast food options. We didn't realize that part of it, so it wasn't the vibe we had anticipated, but we were happy with the food. We ordered on a touchscreen that allowed each person to customize what we wanted on our burgers with something like 20 different condiment and topping options. That's a nice feature.

If a food hall and gas station restaurant had a baby.. this is this place. It has a few food court style restaurants in the same place. The food is typical fastfood flavor and quality.

Burger was good, not as beefy as I was expecting though. But with inflation in all, I reckon it was a fair portion for the price. Atmosphere was a little… Crickety. It was an off peak night, kinda late. Certainly not a bad experience, but didn’t really stand out. That Berger was right on time though I’m not gonna lie!!!

I just placed an order totaling almost $40, and I’m really disappointed with the experience. The fact that my burger bun was upside down both buns, no less is ridiculous and shouldn’t happen. How do you miss that? I ordered the Carolina Burger, and it tasted overwhelmingly like mustard with no chili at all. It looked as if half a bottle of mustard had been poured onto it.
On top of that, I ordered a large side of fries and received a small instead. When I went to ask about the missing chili, the staff looked at me like I was in the wrong when it clearly states that only one burger has chili on it which made the situation even more frustrating.
I would have stayed to have it fixed, but I had two little ones with me who were hungry, so I couldn’t wait around. This is not the quality or service I expected, especially given the price. I hope this feedback helps ensure better attention to detail for future orders because honestly I wouldn’t come back

What a great place especially going to or from airport. It is definitely cheaper than airport food. Wayback Burgers is inside RDU Galleria where one can find other quick food to order restaurants, snacks/drinks and even gas. Turn in off Aviation Parkway like you are going to the Hilton and it is on your left. I had the Garden burger which was very yummy. Lettuce and tomato were so fresh. Grandson thoroughly enjoyed cheesesteak sandwich. Fries were just good. We had that plus two drinks all for $30.05. Service was pleasant and pretty quick. Appreciate that calorie count is listed by each item. I definitely will be back…even when not going to or from Airport. Quick stop off interstate.

I town on business and wanted to try something I never had. Wayback Burgers did not disappoint. Great burger and fries. A smooth chocolate shake to finish off the meal was great as well.
