I ordered on line and went to pick up our order got there and my husband went in to get the food after going in and standing for 10 minutes he told the cashier he was there to pick up our order he gave her my first name and my last name she then asked for proof after coming to the car to get my phone to show her I place the order cashier then apologize for him having to go to the car to get my phone and then says you're order be ready.... . I will never spend my money here again ...my name should have been proof enough !!!!

The food does not match the menu meaning 4 strips of bacon =2. They claim its a new bacon and long strips. My cheesy bacon philly had no bacon. My bacon cheese curds barely had bacon. Now they fixed the burger and sub but it was a long wait and 70 dollars in. Not a recommendation for me.Kid-friendliness: He did give my daughter a drink

Awesome "southwest" burger, fries, and dipping sauces. Would give it 5 stars based on quality per dollar - except I love ice cream so ordered a shake. It was a bit of a let down unfortunately. Seems to me the ice cream/milkshake machine wasn't working right - or the shake got left out too long before serving.This location is a small food court with some good options actually. Sketchy part is that it does share the space with a gas station, but has a better than expected vibe.

We ordered chicken buffalo and it was so dry and can’t explain the taste, I would not recommend anyone to even taste it. We also ordered chicken burger and It was ok to eat if you are Hungary and have nothing to eat. We also ordered cheese stake and i would say it’s not even a stake and i would not recommend anyone. So overall good place to sit but not for eat. One thing. We like is milk shake and fries.

The employees here are absolutely rude! I will not be coming back here! There are so many other other food options available, to have to deal with foolish employees who hate their job and take out their frustrations on the customers.

Stood in front of cash register, while no other customers in line and 4 employees talking to each other, not one employee acknowledged our presence. After being awkwardly ignored by the employees for a few minutes, I simply walked away.
The food and service were really good. Tonight was my first time eating here and the food and service were 10/10. I typically DoorDash here and they are always friendly and attentive here and it’s so much appreciated when you’re on both sides as a driver and a customer. My kids and I will be coming here again. It’s also very clean in here and the bathrooms are very clean.

After ordering an impossible burger I discovered it was plant based and not to my liking so I returned the burger for an “exchange” only for the manger to say they do not give refunds nor exchanges but will exchange just this one time. I felt like she was forcing me to eat and pay for something I didn’t want. What happened to customer satisfaction??

We placed our order online from our hotel room near RDU. We arrived to pickup our order maybe 10 min after ordering & it was neatly packaged in 1 bag for 2 adult burgers w/ fries & a kids chicken tender & fries. Order was correct, hot, and satisfying. Quick service, average or expected price, above average quality of food, accessible from main road at a traffic light.

Jake's used to be amazing but after expanding the last 10 years the food isn't quite the same. It's still good and this location is super nice, great service and cool new location next to the airport.
