I'm giving 3 stars because as the person who was great making my sandwich for me, the meals to go registers were not open. I was told I could check out there.I asked someone down there if they could check me out and rudely she said no you have to go through regular check out.Why have those 5-6 registers and not have at least 1 open?I parked on the "restaurant side" so I wouldn't have to walk across the store as my lunchtime is limited. Thankfully as I was looking for a register that wasn't credit only a nice man said I could go in front of him, I declined as I explained to him what happened and a manager heard me and took me At customer service

Worst costumer service ever. Will not use this catering service ever, please people don't use it. You'll get frustrated and get annoyed with them.

Dual review, personal and professional so to speak . . . but perfect rating either way. So, personal . . . goodbye Jersey Michael, Firestation Submarines, Underground Train System . . . I may have gotten those chains wrong but something like that . . . and Pubix (I got that one right, I'm sure of it) for subs/heroes/grinders/long sandwiches. We started getting Wegmans subs at the start of the pandemic because of the ease of their curbside pickup, but we've continued because the subs are so dang good. I jump between Danny's Favorite (Italian sub), their version of a club, and my recent go to sub, chicken salad with banana peppers and bacon. My wife and daughter usually get the turkey breast or the lemon chicken. My son bounces between the chicken parmesan and meatball subs (not the same a real pizzeria version but as good as any sub place). Sometimes we'll add something to change things up as appetizers or sides, and the burgers are . . . fine. Oh, and sometimes I'll throw in hot wings because hot wings are hot wings and that's a good time. But the 5 stars are for Wegmans as a sub place. It's our go to sub place for sure. I drive past every other chain at least once to get there. Professional. I'm on the board of a social group and we've used Wegmans to feed a large diverse crowd at our picnics when we don't want to stand over the grill making burgers and franks. We get a few sub platters with various meat subs/wraps, tuna, and hummus to please all diets. Add Wegmans flavored waters and regular water bottles and some ridged chips and everyone is pleased every time. Oh, and sometimes I'll throw in hot wings because hot wings are hot wings and that's a good time. 5 stars for making our group outings quick and easy (with curbside pickup of the whole shebang).

Amazing!! Love this grocery store. The bakery is fabulous - they have the best tasting and prettiest frosted sugar cookies! The subs & sushi are delicious! I enjoy coming here with my family for lunch and then grabbing groceries after. Wish they had built it with a pharmacy though!

I visited Cary's Wegmans for a long overdue field trip. It has been open for 1 year and is located between MCcrimmon parkway and Morrisville Carpenter rd off of Davis Drive. Technically I think it is in M-ville. It is in a new plaza and is the anchor with ample parking. Foyer/vestibule is sizeable and very clean. For context-My visit was on Super Bowl Sunday with Valentine's falling on the next day. Basically a grocery store double whammy. Huge Valentine display greeted customers upon entering. Front end was abuzz with 30 registers to keep it moving. On to the Wine/beer section, which was well stocked and diverse. Grocery aisles were also in good condition considering the holiday. I noticed prices throughout the store were all over the map. Sometimes high, really high ($159lb wagu steak), sometimes value based (mainly the house brand in grocey/dairy/frozen). The MTO area is impressive, offering burgers, wings, asian bar, sandwiches, and subs. Again, prices were steep. I was disappointed they did not offer any samples. Overall, it is a huge store, with a ton to offer. I can see its appeal. It definitely has a loyal following. Believe me, I saw them, wearing NY Giant, Jets, and Buffalo Bills gear. That's what I get for going on Super Bowl Sunday!

I have been shopping at this store since it opened; now it is my favorite place to get food. Because Wegmans is such a big store, it requires a little preparation to understand. You cannot just run in, pick up a few things and get out of the store quickly. Shopping at Wegmans is an experience. You can spend a lot of money, or about what you spend to buy groceries at Super Target. I recommend looking at the Wegmans website before you go there. See what is available; familiarize yourself with the store layout. Wegmans store brands are generally a good deal (an excellent balance of relatively low prices and great quality). 80% of my store purchases are Wegmans store brand items. But......Wegmans also sells that special shampoo that I always have to order online. It has any kind of candy,or dried fruit that I could possibly want, in the "bag it yourself" aisle. The coffee and tea section is huge. The bakery department is excellent; the made to order subs are delicious. When the CV restrictions end, the buffet section will reopen. Many people stop here for dinner or lunch, before doing their grocery shopping. Wegmans treats it's employees and customers with dignity and respect. Cashiers routinely stand at the end of the checkout line waving customers over for a quick and friendly checkout. The pay and working conditions are wonderful. (look at the online "job board" -salaries are generally listed there) The first few times you go to this store, you will be overwhelmed. It is way too big to quickly figure out. Give it time; study the selection and prices a little. Understand that it will take a little longer to find what you want, but checkout is generally quick and easy. You may find that, in time, it also becomes your favorite grocery store.

We've been meaning to check this grocery store out and wow, I'm pretty impressed! It feels like a cross between Publix and Trader Joe's. Some items are more expensive and some are cheaper, so no surprise there. Since it's my first time going this week, I'm mainly writing this on first impressions - but it was the variety that pleasantly surprised me. And finally - a place that stocks properly spicy foods "down south"! Saw some eclectic cheeses and bought a delicious "hot pitted olive salad". I mean, it cost a pretty penny, but I'm just happy I had the choice. Some of the fruits were on Whole Foods level of pricing but maybe not quite there in quality. So all in all, excited to see what else this place has in store.

Dan is the most unprofessional "manager" I've ever come across in my life. The staff of this store feel very entitled for literal employees of a grocery chain.

Pretty easy to get into and out of, not overly crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Store was stocked and found what we needed. It was well kept and clean as well. Out of the few I seem to prefer this one as it isn't as busy.

I like this Wegmans in Morrisville overall. I have been there quite a few times since they opened. They have a good selection of pre-prepared foods (which some I have found to be very delicious) and I also like their seafood and meat selections. For everyday items, I still prefer HT or Food Lion. With the recent surge of Covid, most places in Durham and Wake County are requiring masks for everyone inside. I noticed Wegmans had a sign outside stating masks were required but then I saw some people inside without masks. If they don't enforce it then the mandate is worthless. Not taking sides, but they should require everyone to wear a mask or make it clear that masks are voluntary.

Finally made my way over to Wegmans after hearing time after time from others that I should check it out. Specifically, I heard some some great things about their sushi. The store overall is large - comparable to a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's I would say. Not much to say other than that in terms of the groceries since it seemed similar to every other store. I wanted to try out their sushi. I got a few different rolls. They ranged from $5.50 to $10. There were other that were pricier and also sashimi that was about $13 for about four to six pieces. Since I hadn't tried Wegmans' sushi before, I mostly just binged on the cheaper ones. All in all, I would say that their sushi is not bad at all. It's definitely not of the same quality as an actual restaurant but for the price - I honestly can't complain too much. The rice wasn't has dried up and hard as I've had at other grocery stores and the flavors were there. The price is also slightly cheaper than restaurants and their BOGO or Half-Off roll deals. I would recommend picking some up if you are stopping by for groceries but also if you just want to pick up some quick bites without all the fuss and tipping at a sushi restaurant.

Lovely place! The workers are always in the way and never say excuse me but I leave happy.

Staff is always friendly but I think there's issues with upper management because their nitro cold brew coffee machine has been broken for months and it's still not fixed.

Has a great aesthetic great customer service and a large selection. Not to mention the many store apartments like the shusi section, bakery, and a cafe! To top it off I really liked the train

We are big fans of Wegmans and excited they are building out locations in NC. We enjoyed our recent visit to the Cary, NC location. A great selection of fresh bakery items, produce and wine / cheese area. The Wegman made pizzas were great take home and cook solutions.
