Food was not very good. The burgers, which we had high hopes for, had no seasoning. No salt or pepper. The fries and the pecan pie were just frozen or store bought. There was nothing that was good, just ok. Then I couldn't hear my number being called and they were so rude when bringing it to me. I apologized for not hearing my number.

We stopped at Burger Shack last night and were pleasantly surprised! The fish and fries were hot and fresh, and the BBQ sandwich with potato wedges was full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the whole place had a welcoming hometown feel. We’ll definitely be returning!

Im new to the area and just by chance stopped by this place. Im glad I did, the food is amazing. I ordered the double cheeseburger, onion rings and a hot dog. All of it was good and the wait time was reasonable. The places atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. Definitely coming back for dinner

The place is a nice small town diner my only issue was the food, the burger I had was cooked maybe to medium and room temperature when I got it, I also ordered the spicy tenders and they were awesome but they also came out room temperature the only bit of my food that came out great was the grilled cheese and fries the fries were awesome I used to hear a lot of great things about this place but now that I've tried it I'm unsure if I'm gonna give it another chance because only parts of the food were good it was also about 3-4pm on a Monday so I figured it would be good but maybe they'll be better another day
