Billy's Family Restaurant

First off, was seated for over a Hour… took a long time for our food and it was bland and multiple items were either under cooked or over cooked,
Tables that were seated after us got their food, ate, and had to go boxes and left before we got ours.
Excuse was they were understaffed, however we believe our ticket was either lost or not handed in.

Was told there was new ownership and wanted to give it another try, definitely would not recommend.

Zero stars food quality was bad the staffs excuse was the kitchen help was not trained wasted a hour of my time had to get food somewhere else the Asian girl needs to learn how to talk to people don't waste your time of money zero stars and the manager could not make time for me.

TOO MUCH BUSINESS and attitude. Two weeks ina row I've called in a order and asked to hold them the other line rings then be truly put on and then forgot. Then call back to order again and get attitude when I tell them what happened. NO MORE!!! I AM DONE, I know Billy has took back over not a good start.

Not what I expected.

We went to Billy's about a week and a half ago (sorry just vetting around to my reviews).
We were excited since it was close to our new neighborhood.
Unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
The breakfast menu isn't very extensive. The food just wasn't good. Asked for bacon lightly cooked but it was crispy. There was no sugar/equal/sweetener on the table for the coffee. Asked for some and it took forever because the waitress seemed to have forgotten.
The diet soda was flat.

You won't find a friendlier, more accommodating restaurant for a million miles.
So of course it is the go to for the locals

Ordered the beef stew with green beans, rice and gravy.The stew had some kind of tomato sauce in it and I couldn't taste the few pieces of beef. I got at least one tablespoon of rice and gravy, but then realized rice was under the stew. Green beans could have been hotter. I'm sad to see they went up on the price $2 more. First time I've had this meal, it will be the last time.
