I hadn't been to The Chicken Bucket in quite sometime, not because I was ever dissatisfied because I wasn't. I called in Chicken Tenders over rice w/fried squash and collard greens last week & it was delicious !!! Today I called in Sunday's special "Country Style Steak & gravy over rice with fried squash and collard greens & it was absolutely mouthwatering delicious !!! Prices have gone up a little but who hasn't? I will definitely return !!...
I visited Sunday, Sept. 29 and ordered my food. After seeing other people come in and place their order, four other people to be exact receive their food and I am still waiting. I went and inquired about my order and the owner said it's coming. I stood at the counter and waited, still no food. I inquired again and owner said it was coming go sit down. Another 15 minutes, still no food. Finally I get my food and owner made no apologies. The owner handling of this situation...

Update 9/9/22 drive thru guy can never understand me/ hear. His english is not good. My 2nd straight time I got home and my order was not correct. I pay I expect to get everything I order. The food I do get I still enjoy.
Gave them an extra 2 stars from last update. Food is still good and drive thru has improved. Good job Chicken Bucket!!!
