A chicken joint. Excellent chicken. Meat and three is delicious. Many sides each day. Dessert selection is good. Unsweetened tea had a bit if an old taste to it. Understandable as it is brewed in urns and use depends on how many order it. Usually greatly less than those ordering sweet tea. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Stopped in today and was helped by Madison. The food was great and the service was even better. I've had the fried and grilled chicken filled sandwich from the menu, and they are both one of the best I've had. I do recommend.

We travel from CLT just to go to this one bc they have fresh homemade sides not just the fryer veggies! Skip the dumplings, I personally didn't like them but they did let me trade it for something else. The burgers and fried chicken are the best here! The fried squash was huge! Homemade sides that we've had are great! Tomatoes taste like they are homegrown!
