I wanted to treat myself to a pizza...I called to order. The AI just stopped talking when I placed the order. Did I order? Who knows! I waited 4 full minutes before pressing buttons. Nothing. Finally hung up at 5 minutes. Called again to talk to a person to ask if I had placed the order or not. Still don't know. I'm on hold waiting at over 9 minutes and counting. I won't EVER do this again. I'd give up now but I don't want my credit card charged for a pizza I didn't know I ordered and therefore didn't pick up. This is beyond ridiculous...as I'm finishing this review, I'm passed the 11 minute mark on hold...second call...that's 16 minutes TRYING TO ORDER A PIZZA. Guess I didn't need pizza tonight after all...

I love coming to this Domino's in Mt Holly. The food is ALWAYS fresh and tastes like it was made by caring hands. Pasta pizza and wings are my go-to. I'm usually here picking up food for myself and work colleagues. Pastas are the fave in the office. The drive through is fast 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♂️ as well.
I will mark this my favorite Domino's in North Carolina hands down.

It was way overdone I ordered an extra cheese and paid for it, but it didn't have hardly any cheese on yet. Y'all really need to do better. Domino's. I'm very disappointed.Most of the time y'all have real good pizza

I ordered my pizza at 5:30pm, said it would be 7:05 before they could deliver it and then pushed it to 8:00pm. That type of service is trash. I will not be ordering from them again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered a pizza at 5:27 PM I waited till 6:50 to call that is over an hour I ask what's going on they say we only got 1 delivery driver that is fine, not my fault though, they say its going to be ANOTHER 1 hour and 30 minutes till I get my pizza I ask is there something you can do to compensate me waiting 3 hours for pizza they hang up on me cancel my order then we call back they just straight hang up again

Our pizza has been in “prep” for an hour and just now in bake. The initial estimated timeline has already been blown. So much so that I thought the app was broken, nope just really REALLY slow. They need to update the algorithm to better manage expectations/frustrations. I tried calling and stayed on hold for 7 minutes before giving up.

UPDATE: the pizza delivery process was the best part of the experience. The pizza was delivered hot and the order was correct.

Had I known the order was going to take this long I wouldn’t have placed the order.

The employees here are very rude. They do not know hot talk to customers. We tried to talk to one of the employees and he would just look and wouldn’t come to the front whoever was working on October 5th the lady has no communication skills whatsoever we tried to just ask her a question and she has attitude and acts like she doesn’t wanna be there at all. Go find another job.

The employees will just not make your order and make you wait hours for your food, then not update the tracker or answer their phones when you call multiple times to ask for an update. Awful service never ordering from here again

I was on my way home on a Friday afternoon I got into Mount Holly decided I’m going to call in for a pizza and as soon as they answer this guy put me on hold I’m saying hello I hear them but no one is answering me so I stayed on hold until I got to the restaurant as soon as I walked inside he hung up. I let him know that was me on hold that you just hung up on that was very rude and I can guarantee I will no longer buy pizza here again I went across to Marcos instead. I was thinking they were pack and busy but no the guy just didn’t want to do his job.He had no name tag but this was his look when I told him that was me on the phone
