If l could give a zero rating, l would. Matt the "Store Manager" on December 19, 2024 was horrible and disrespectful.
We ordered through the app and our order was cooked and ready to be delivered and then l received a call that they would not be delivering to us since we were outside of their "area", even though they had delivered to us previously and when you call their automated message says they deliver to our city (no lie). We do not have an option to choose the store when going through the app and l tried to explain that to Matt the "Store Manager" and then he said that l had to call and confirm the order, even after ordering through the app (NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE). He refused to deliver the order and subsequently cancelled the order right at dinner time. Unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This store is a mess and a disgrace. Horrible service and won't be ever returning either in person or via the app (obviously).
P.S. We were going to give the delivery driver a $50 cash tip because the holidays are right around the corner but Matt the "Store Manager" doesn't care about his employees.

Forcing the drive-thru in Mt.holly like you're a criminal… but you have to order inside. Would never come if my girlfriend didn't make us settle for it on occasion. The pizza is not even that great. Employees having conversation with people not buying anything in the drive thru line… maybe its better in the day when a manager is there.
