I get to the drive thru at 10:00am no one was there, I order my drink and then I’m asked to pull around to the back to wait for my drink instead of getting it at the window, I get my drink at 10:21am after multiple people BEHIND me get their food AND drink before me. I waited 20 minutes for a black iced coffee, while no one was ahead of me in line… I’ve worked in the food service industry for 4 years so I’m very understanding when it comes to being busy, but this was just insane considering there was no one ahead of me. This has happened multiple times at this location and nowhere else…

Drinks are terribly made and insanely inconsistent. Ive tried to be as specific as possible and it still comes out terribly. I even asked for extra milk but it still comes out dark brown. Im done

The manager was extremely rude, she was yelling complaints about my order across the establishment so loudly that I could hear it in the drive-through line. They made my drink incorrectly, answered my questions about the menu resentfully, and when I asked if they could fix my drink, they said no. I asked for 5 honey packets inside my matcha, they said yes in the drive through, and then after I paid they handed me 3 in a bag and said they would not mix it for me. I would’ve ordered a different sweetener if I knew they wouldn’t mix it for me. Honey packets won’t dissolve into a cold drink unless shaken or mixed properly.

Stood at cash register for at least 5 minutes and one employee mumbled something but otherwise I was ignored. I left without ordering
Slow as molasses. Always having you pull over to the side. Nice people tho. Actually they are not slow they are just clueless
My app said it was not compatible now. After we left, I un-installed the current app and
installed the new app. Now it doesn't recognize my email and I can't get the new app to work since it won'tlet me put in a phone that is not an international number. Krispy Kreme here we come.

Ordered my food. They put food out and called my name. I saw I was missing something but waited a few minutes just to see. After they filled some more orders, I asked about my donuts and then got chewed out by the employee for how rude I was. I said I was sorry but he was too busy yelling at me to hear. He was still cursing to his coworker about me when I left. You call my name and don’t say anything else, how am I supposed to know? I went to the DMV today and got better service. And we didn’t even get the right donuts! Not going here again

hi everyone .
i starred the service a 3 only by the simple fact it depends on the coworkers from time to time . this time i was a little disappointed because me and my boyfriend mentioned “light ice” for our matchas we ordered but they presented us a full cup of ice by the time we finished . maybe i shouldn’t complain but otherwise if you are a matcha fanatic like myself i would recommend the large .
regardless great for some quick & refreshing during the early afternoon !
