hi everyone .

i starred the service a 3 only by the simple fact it depends on the coworkers from time to time . this time i was a little disappointed because me and my boyfriend mentioned “light ice” for our matchas we ordered but they presented us a full cup of ice by the time we finished . maybe i shouldn’t complain but otherwise if you are a matcha fanatic like myself i would recommend the large .

regardless great for some quick & refreshing during the early afternoon !

Only the older white lady knows what costumer service is. They’re always slow, don’t know how to talk to customers, & the drinks/food rarely comes out right. Replace the whole staff immediately.

As I’m standing in the lobby entering my order on the kiosk, all I hear is one of the workers that is cleaning complaining about people coming in while she is sweeping. She was not quite about what she was saying. Then as I am standing there waiting on my order and others, she blurted out, “why does people have to come in here, why can’t they just go through the drive through”! This isn’t my first experience hearing the workers complain. I’m sorry but if it wasn’t sure the customers, you wouldn’t have a job! That said, I will drive 20 miles out of the way to get Dunkin again, before I step foot in this crap hole. That was it for me, and I’ll make sure I tell others as well.

It’s very sad that we can’t get a live person to ring customers up. The parking lot is so small you almost have to go through the drive thru.
And then after you physically place your own order, you have to wait forever because they have more people managing the drive-through than they do the front counter. For the price, the inconvenience of having to place your own order and the lack of employees actually working on the people that come in the door versus through the driveway I won’t be back.
