Love Dunks
The most non fresh donuts I’ve ever try.
The people that work here are SO RUDE!! Always I have never been and anyone ever be friendly. Always have an attitude!!! And the parking lots sucks!! I will never go back!!
The woman who is in the drive thru with the long nails always has an attitude and is rude.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! The management is HORRIBLE (Especially the BIG lady) extremely rude❌
The early crew in the morning are zombies. I walked in last week for my pickup order and both folks manning the counter turned their back to me, the young man pulled out his cell, while a heavier set lady stared at the tv maybe. Thankfully a shorter lady with her light brown hair in a bun came out and saw me and assisted me. This was my first early order with Dunkin. Today I went thru the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, and again, it’s like they hate i am bothering them. No “good morning may I take your order” just “hello , how can I help you?” I don’t wanna go to work either, but I am never going to respect that. They need some springy older folks there in the morning.
Cashier tipped himself after ringing me up incorrectly and threw away my receipt. When I said my order was incorrect I was shouted at by the woman pictured. Used to come to this location every day and loved the drive thru employees but was horrified and will not be returning
This location used to be good, but recently the staff has been rude and they have not made orders correctly. I am allergic to meat and ask for my sandwiches without meat, but the staff gives me a hard time and puts meat on the sandwich anyway. They often make food and drinks wrong, giving us sandwiches with no eggs or no cheese, etc. And the drip coffee is awful which is pretty stupid for a coffee shop…

Went for a coffee they pulled me up I sat for 5 mins then the coffee was old ill.save them time I'll go to the dunkin by the BP the best customer service and coffee is always fresh

Really love going to Dunkin just started getting the pumpkin spice latte while going through the drive through and getting our latte I open it to make sure everything is right and the latte is half full like when you get a large you pay for a large so I take it back in for someone to maybe fill it up and I get what I paid for and when I did there was a girl in there with the worst attitude I ever seen all she had to say was did you drink any of it I said no I didn’t and finally when she was finished making them she handed them to me and rolled her eyes and walked away I went back to the counter and said excuse me I need your name and she refuse to give me her name no one in the store new the corporate number saying that they don’t have to give me their name but it’s okay I just wanted what I paid for and if that is dunkin makes them half full then that’s fine someone could have said that instead of literally showing me they hated their job the girl that had the worst attitude with the blonde and black hair in a pony tail going down her back I understand some people hate their jobs but as a customer I didn’t appreciate that type of service

Don’t bother going to this location unless you want to get yelled at by a worker or hear her yell/bully other workers. I have never been met with such unfriendly, aggressive behavior as I did when I picked up my order this morning. Based on previous reviews it seems this worker is a huge problem.
I placed a Mobile order for drive thru pick up but once I got there and saw the line was long I decided to go in and pick up my order. I went inside and waited about at the mobile order pick up counter. There were 4-5 workers who completely ignored me the whole time so I went up to someone who was making drinks and stated I had a pick up order but I did it through the drive thru can I pick it up here? This worker looked at me blankly and didn’t answer my question. that is when another heavy set female worker came up to us and out of no where, yelled “HOLD UP WHAT DO YOU WANT” I had thought she had hear my conversation with her coworker and so I stated I have a mobile order can I get it? The coworker responds and said “HOLD ON I JUST ASKED FOR YOUR NAME” (which she did not) and continued to be very rude and aggressive. This was in front of the whole store. I gave her my name and she started to talk to me rudely again and that is when I stopped her and said you don’t have to be rude about it, thank you. As I walked away from the extremely uncomfortable situation once she gave me my order, she yelled something at me again which I could not hear. I felt threatened to the point where I had to leave the situation before it got worse.
Mind you this is the second time I’ve seen this worker act inappropriately. A few days prior in the drive through line, she was yelling at the other workers because they misplaced something. This was when I was at the pick up window and I could hear everything. This worker clearly did not care that a customer was right there and could hear her. I can only assume this worker is a manager and if it’s that’s the case, I feel badly for the rest of the workers who have to deal with this unnecessary aggression on a day to day basis.
I have been to this location many times since it opened and have never had any issues until recent. I will never go to this location again due to this unpleasant experience.

Unwelcoming vibe, poor Customer Service and two boxes of munchkins and some coffee is over $50???
I’ll be shopping local or picking up baked goods from Harris Teeter, where the customer service is friendlier and the prices are cheaper and the food / drinks are just as tasty.
This is by far the worst experience here at this location, I stop here either on my way to church or afterwards I ordered an frozen coffee it was not good as I always order these, so I parked and went inside to let them know and to get another I nicely greeted with a smile and explained my frozen coffee was not good she looked at me crazy took it from me, went to make a new coffee never said a word to me, put the new one down and walked a way TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE looks like all HS staff which makes no difference I worked in fast food all through HS and we had to have exceptional customer service, the energy and vibe was terrible, not sure who the management team was but you all need some professional Development on customer service for your staff and some Mature adult presence to handle stuff like this, Oh and beside me was another drive thru customer complaining and bring her order back
