Poor service everytime I come in here. I really don't understand why I still give it a chance here!! Customer service is poor they do not care they will just have you set in waiting area and roll there eyes at you!! Especially girl at the front (we'll she suppose to be up front but never is) Also forgot my order in less than 10 mins!!

Stood their a while and the one guy was just walking out looking and pulling his pants up over amd over again. Never seen anyone wash their hands and touching everything. Got my pizzas had to take them home amd cook them they where all under cooked . The crazy bread wasn't even cooked or hot. I have never received pizza like that from here.

Went to store stood there for 10 minutes at 1245pm. No one came to the front. 2 other people left before me saying no one came up for 15 minutes before that. Either hire more people or close

3 employees in the back laughing and joking, one new guy trying to handle everything up front, my two pizzas get ready and he lets them sit on the counter for 17 minutes while he waits on other guys to make my crazy bread, I got hot crazy bread and cold ass pizza, said something to manager and he just smiled and said sorry.. this location SUCKS and has sucked for a long time but sadly there isn’t another location close by
If I could leave zero star I would. They never have hot and ready available. Never have enough employees on staff. And the few that are there I have witnessed one vaping and running a registerer at the same time.smdh! Its nothing to wait 20mins for them to take your order and another 40 for them to prepare your pizza. Please if your having a good day don't stop at this little Caesars. MOUNT HOLLY NC….. Should be ashamed..

this is the worst little caesar’s i’ve ever been to. the staff is always outside smoking, never have orders ready, and always all over the place. i asked the lady specifically if she had the pizza we wanted ready then she turned around and told them to throw one in and wouldn’t refund me. the manager was wondering where her employee was for the cash register and was just like “oh he’s outside smoking” GO GET YOUR EMPLOYEE!!! this store has never had good management out of the few times i’ve been here and their staff comes in in slides, and one day they were in the back with pajamas and maybe some other people that didn’t even belong back there because they weren’t working just leant up talking. get a new crew ASAP! everybody i waited with tonight in the lobby including myself were pissed off from the wait.

We ordered online for delivery and received a text it would be delivered at 2:20pm and 5 minutes later my order was cancelled. The charges are pending in my account.
