As you can see from almost every review, this is one of the worst restaurants in the city. It consistently takes the store almost an hour to make anything, even a side order that brings in only a few dollars revenue. No way this place is making any money. And on top of that, it is one of the dirtiest restaurants in the area, with a 92.5 sani score. Clearly nobody at this place has any idea how to run a business. They need to fire everyone and start over. Go to papa johns in Belmont instead

First time I ordered the pepperoni crazy puffs thru DoorDash, received them all smushed up except 1. I thought the way I received my food may have been the dashers fault so I ordered 2 boxes (8) pepperoni crazy puffs for pickup today. They gave me 2 boxes of the garlic and cheese. The label on both boxes clearly say pepperoni and then there’s nobody in the front to speak with. They all be hiding in the back like it’s hide n seek.

Came 15min before close, and when I walked in I hear the manager saying “we’re not making more pizza” when they only had one pizza in the oven lol, I still went to the counter and tried to order but the guy said that his manager had said that they were not making another pizza. Refusing to serve during service time when they’re not even busy is beyond crazy. Not to mention how dirty the place look, not coming here again.

I asked if I could get more sauce for the wings & the manager said no. He stated that I needed to add extra sauce on the app. When I advised him that the app doesn't allow you to make that request he told me to contact IT so they could correct it. He proceeded to still deny my request and told me he wasn't given me extra sauce & would ensure that his staff would give me the extra sauce as well. This was humilating and unacceptable.
