I recommend them for everything food’s good and the service is great. They know what they’re doing and also it’s not that expensive either and it’s in a good location.

My best friend Zach and I came to Charlotte, NC to not only ROCK out at one of our childhood 90's favorites, Limp Biskuit but, we also had an opportunity to spend time with 2 of my younger cousins in the area..

We all got up from our late night stuper, and me ( the out-of-towner) suggested a great local diner by the name of Lowesville Cafe. It was that or Pop's Country Skillet!?!

I prefer to support local, so we chose a place that was literally 6 minutes from his house (he never heard of it), and the 5 of us had an AMAZING breakfast!

That said, they thanked me for introducing them to an awesome, local favorite!

I had a breakfast special called "Duces". 2 pieces of French toast, 2 eggs over easy, crispy hashbrowns, livermush, etc. along with a sweet tea.

All for $10!!!

I have ate here since George started the place. Very satisfying until the new owners started using bowls to measure out food. Me,just an ole timer, straight from the pot to the plate. Darn good food!!!! Just not enough sometimes.
