My first time getting Marco’s pizza was a couple weeks ago. My husband and I had been willing to try new places and decided to give it a try. We were gladly surprised with how fresh the ingredients tasted and decided to order some more for the Super Bowl. The order was ready 5 minutes before the time we have chosen and they pick up process was absolutely smooth even in such a busy day!

Why does this place seem to not check order before delivery. I ordered a 2 Liter Diet Pepsi and the delivery person brought a regular one. I mentioned it he said oh sorry. Not good service. No option to private message on Facebook.

The female taking the phone calls is rude. Placed order around 730pm. An hour later I called from work and they haven't even made it. I left work to go pick it up. Still wasn't even started on it. I waited for an hour. The manager is a joke. All he did was take off the delivery charge since I picked it up. He had disregard for the rude female at the front. He didn't say anything about her rudeness. The phone was ringing off the hook. She was picking up and hanging up on customers. I love marcos pizza. But this location needs to do better.

The customer service at the Mount Holly location is terrible! We placed an order online for delivery and given a 26 minute estimate. Over an hour later had not received an update or our pizza. Called the restaurant and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes before anyone answered the phone, which was answered “yea” when someone finally did pick up. We asked for an update and found out the order had not been started. The employee had the worst attitude. Never apologized for the delay, when asked to cancel the order and process a refund she very rudely agreed and put us on hold again for 10 minutes or more. Worst customer service, this has happened several times at this location. We will no longer even try to order from this location again.
Clean measures instilled my manager for cooks etc. Pizza was really good

Can't speak to all Marcos Pizzas, but this one has workers that care and they produce an excellent quality pizza everytime we come! Average every 7 to 10 days!

Ordered 3 pizzas on door dash for them to say an hour later they don’t have no pizza dough .. why not cancel the order or stop accepting orders on door dash.. feel so bad for the door dash

I used to order here a lot.. I can't say that I've ever had a bad experience customer service wise, but the food can be hit or miss. Not blaming the workers, maybe it's the recipes or cooking process!! The cinna squares taste different, almost like it's covered in oil when it use to taste more buttery (so good). Tried the hot honey Pepperoni pizza tonight, and there's nothing special about it. Just Pepperoni pizza drizzled with honey, I don't usually get the wings, but ordered buffalo and as mentioned by another customer you literally have to either lick the foil or take the wing and try to scoop some sauce up. Oh, and they were undercooked. I had to throw them in my air fryer to cook a little longer
