Paid extra for lettuce and tomato on my Quarter Pounder at McDonald’s, but the tomato was mushy like it came from a can, there was barely any lettuce, and the bun was so soggy I had to put the burger in the oven just to dry it out. For premade, highly processed food, charging extra for the only vegetable option and still serving this quality is ridiculous.

did not give me what i ordered and had me wait for 10 minutes to tell me the coffee wasnt working with 2 people come ask me twice what i ordered as i saw the cars behind me being handed coffees absolutely ridiculous.

Probably the worst McDonalds I have been to and have ordered from. Consistently missing parts of order or given incorrect items and the wait is abnormally long. We once waited over an hour for food and they saw nothing wrong with that. Tonight… because I needed something and I should have known better, we ordered and we received a 10 pc nugget meal with no nuggets and a small drink instead of a medium. 10/10 do not recommend.

I know that the owner making a ton of money owning a lot of McDonald’s around the area. No one in front to take an order the kiosk don’t even work. One lady taking food to people and prepping the orders herself and when she has a moment maybe take an order in the front. Got there at 8 am didn’t get food until 830. Lucky my nephews love going to McDonald’s.

Are you guys putting sugar on your fries? I’ve been here a few times in the past 3 weeks and my fries taste like they have Splenda/ Stevia on them? If not did you change the type of salt you use or something, my fries have tasted differently lately. Other than that service is great.
Went today (10/18) at lunch. The restaurant was not busy. There is simply no sense of urgency from the workers at this location. Waited 15 minutes for a sundae, McFlurry, and 2 cookies. This was after we waited over ten minutes for a Big Mac meal, 20 nuggets, and a mcchicken. While sitting down I noticed one gentleman come in and state his sandwich was made incorrectly, and another state he was waiting in the drive thru spot for over 20 minutes for two meals.

Had breakfast. Food was good. Coffee was terrible (seems to be a problem at this location-Mt. Holly, NC). Coffee was very weak as if they were trying to use the coffee thru extra cycles of permutation without putting fresh coffee in the filter.
